You can setup and go live within a few hours. They have in built template designing that helps creating customized messaging to communicate with your customers asking for reviews. The customer service is fantastic. They are always willing to help review your account and make recommendations. Feedback Five also keeps up to date with ever so changing Amazon communication policies so you don't get in trouble with Amazon. **What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?** There not much to dislike. We are in a Pro plan and yet you are limited to a number of ASINs you can track for reviews. If you have a lof of products and want to track reviews for all of them you may have to pay extra. **Recommendations to others considering FeedbackFive:** If you have a lot of SKU on Amazon, I would advise using FeedBack Five to fetch reviews and you can focus on bettering your ASIN quality. **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to make sure that we send a timely review/feedback request to our customers on Amazon. Feedback Five has an automated system that you can setup one time and it will keep doing it's thing so you can focus on getting more sales. Everytime a customer posted a negative review or feedback we missed it due to lack of notification from Amazon. Feedback Five does a great job here, everytime there is a negative review or feedback we get notified and we can work with the customer to help resolve their problem. ### 2. The price of the tool is also fair for the service it provides. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. **What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?** They are not a one-stop-shop for all things amazon. They focus on a few key features and do them extremely well. If you are looking for one tool to handle all of your amazon needs, they aren't there yet. **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving my need for automating emails for soliciting feedback. The service has worked and we have received a lot more feedback, more positive feedback due to rules, and has saved me a lot of time and clicks vs doing this manually. ### 3. It will do its job always on time. Many different ways to capture consumer experience. We use the feedback review management software and works like a charm. **What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?** The only thing we don't like is that in order to monitor product reviews we have to pay extra. We got 5 ASIN for free every month with our Pro plan but we have 100+ listings we need to pay extra to monitor them all so that is an extra $. **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating the product review and seller feedback. We schedule separate campaigns and we have seen an uptrend in our reviews. We try different sets of campaigns and learned what works best for us. ### 4. Custom settings let you dictate who to email and when. Then get notified when feedback is left for you - especially negative - so you can work on getting it removed. **What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?** Honestly, there isn't much we don't like about it. It's close to perfect. I guess our only complaint is that in the busy months of Q4, we go over our allotment of emails and have to pay extra. It would be nice to 'rollover' our unused qty from the earlier months of the year to avoid this. **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintains our high feedback rating by reminding customers to leave feedback (most Amazon customers don't on their own.) Gives us immediate alerts for negative feedback so we can take action. ### 5. With FeedBack Five we don't have to worry about scouting reviews and are able to keep track of incoming positive and negative reviews to see if those numbers are growing over time and we receive emails every time a negative review is left. The price is reasonable as wel.. **What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?** The dislike is that we don't use features FeedBack Five has to offer beyond the product review tracker so we have to pay for that service as an add on to a plan that we don't use. It would be beneficial to be soley able to use that service as it's own plan. **Recommendations to others considering FeedbackFive:** Anyone needing to keep track of multiple products for reviews should consider using this product. **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit of saving time is huge, like I said it would take hours to check in on listings everyday to track overall amount of reviews and especially to catch the negative reviews in a timely manner. We don't have to stress now about the negative reviews because we know they'll be emailed right to us. ### 7. The few questions I had were answered very fast. Pricing seems fair. I like the daily digest of activity. It helps us keep in touch with our customers and also be on top of feedabck and respond appropriately. **What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?** I'd like better analytics on the emails such as clickthroughs. Configuring specific ASIN campaigns does not seem intuitive, but we're new to the service. I'd like it to be easier to see if a campaign resulted in feedback. It seems that one has to search a bit to find that. **Recommendations to others considering FeedbackFive:** Based on the competition, we think FeedBackFive is a good choice. Given that you get a no risk trial, it's certainly worth trying to see if it meets your needs. **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We'd like to increase positive feedback, be in-touch with buyers and stay on top of our feedback easier. It definitely has helped is easily send campaigns to buyers without doing it manually. It also has really helped us be more responsive to feedback. ### 9. They don't get the information as soon as Amazon issued a refund. I don't think any feedback softwares do, however **What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending out mass emails to buyers with promo codes for another purchase, as well as helping generate more Amazon reviews ### 10.
