Since FeedOtter uses RSS feed to create emails, it is easy to integrate with multiple blogging platforms and also easy to integrate with Adobe Marketo Engage. **What do you dislike about FeedOtter?** FeedOtter could be more user-friendly when organizing automated campaigns in the Ui. Sometimes, when there are too many campaigns, it becomes messy, and it's not easy to find or classify your campaigns. **What problems is FeedOtter solving and how is that benefiting you?** FeedOtter is helping Marketers to avoid rewriting what is already in our blogs. With FeedOtter, you only have to set up the template once, and it will extract the content from the blogs themselves and create newsletters with the desired layout. ### 2. It was great that it pulled from our RSS feed and was able to send an email to our blog subscribers within minutes of posting the blog on the site. I no longer had to manually create a list email in Pardot for every new blog post. ### 3. Believe it or not, it took me less than half an hour and we were good to go. You can send your blog posts via Perdot or Marketo and generate emails when fresh content is published to your RSS. Their support team is also fabulous. **What do you dislike about FeedOtter?** The product is almost flawless. I was stuck at a certain part, and their support team held my hand and made me cross the road. However, if you need to fine-tune your templates, some basic HTML knowledge is necessary. **What problems is FeedOtter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using FeedOtter, I was so much more productive. Simply transitioning website content to emails and stuff. It is easiest way to create webpage email. It also helps in faster email composition. **What do you dislike about FeedOtter?** It does have some flaws like missing images and missing texts. It consumes time to edit and there's always html breakage which is quite frustrating. The customer service is phenomenal. Any issues with our account, the customer service team will reach out. When initially setting up the system, the customer service team was able to set up easily remotely. The entire set up took less than 15 minutes. **What do you dislike about FeedOtter?** There are limitations to the templates in the program. After speaking to customer service, we found out this issue is due to the limits to the RSS itself. **Recommendations to others considering FeedOtter:** There are a few limitations with customizations. It is challenging to insert customized banner images and text for the templates. With very little effort we are getting automatic Blog updates sent out to our subscribers. An that is exactly what we were looking for. It's working well with our marketo system and I don't have to worry about putting together one more email. I can just review and approve it to go out. Since we just implemented and sent out 4 emails to date, I am still uysing the manual approval step, but in a few weeks we'll move to a fully automatic process. **What do you dislike about FeedOtter?** Since it is so simple thare are not a lot of bells and whistles. I would like to have more control of the email itself. E. g. when an email has been created by Feedotter in Marketo, I can delete it, but I can't make a change in Feedowtter and retrigger a new email to be created with the updated information. For that I have to wait until the next blog update to see the results of my change. But again, simple and reliable is what we wanted, and Feedotter is is doing what we need it to do. **What problems is FeedOtter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem: Automatically sending a blog top-3 digest to our blog subscribers. Small company but good support **What do you dislike about FeedOtter?** None really. Our use it very simple: pull from our blog using an RSS feed and send one once a month through Pardot. We set this up a year ago, and it's still working strong. It only pulls from the RSS feed. So anything crazy or out of the ordinary like a 2nd image, it will not pull from. But I didn't expect it too. **Recommendations to others considering FeedOtter:** If you a standard look for your email, and you have an RSS feed to pull from, this will save you a few hours for each newsletter just on the design. If you can integrate it with an email marketing platform that Feedotter works from, then this can do it all for you, scheduled, without you even spending 1 second on it. **What problems is FeedOtter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time. We use this for low priority prospects. It's used as a "touch." So the look is the same, and it's pulling from the last six articles in our blog (which we update 3 times a week).
