Thats all. Everything else, including the behaviour and attitude of the founders is just a pain, for a good time now. **What do you dislike about Endorsal?** Bad coding. It destroys the number of DOM elements and a massively long DOM tree will be inflicted on your website. It will instantly slow down your website and show up on every speed test. Careless hosting: They dont use a proper CDN and that will show up as instant negative ratings on GTMetrix or any site speed testing tool. The images they capture are not optimized and cause a massive unmanageable bloat on your website. They arent even bothered to spend 1 hour time to activate HTTP2 on their hosting even after 18 months of pateince with them. This also mars down the website speed where you will host endorsal testimonials! Worst of all: Bad ATTITUDE from the entrepreneur who founded this deal / tool. IF you post any of these issues on his facebook group they are promptly removed and you are asked to go to their support chat. When you go there he plays ping pong with you for more than 3 weeks trying to deflect the issue that GTMetrix is not a flawless speed testing tool and while this is true for everything in the world this is no argument to justify that all of these glaring basic things will continue to remain unattended! Such behaviour shows unwilling to do any impprovements and when pressed further said I cannot give any timeline. So if I have spent 18 months waiting to see basic improvements as these my patience caved in to see that even now such attitude goes on! Be careful! **What problems is Endorsal solving and how is that benefiting you?** To collect testimonials from customers a handy convenient way to host a proper good form, get alerted on testimonials arriving and perhaps sending some gifts all can be done using this tool. Display of testimonials too can be done in several formats. But without the basics of clean code and some efficient hosting more than adding the value of being a viable and reliable testimonial tool if my site looses speed and efficiency badly I am better off without it! ### 10.
