I appreciate that it allows me to share important information about processes, procedures, and policies in a way that is easily accessible to all colleagues, at any time, without having to spend the budget on purchasing external material. The initial setup part was very simple and we received always available support that helped us answer questions and support us in the first weeks of implementation. **What do you dislike about Elucidat?** The fact of having to switch from one layout to another to change the settings is something that is not very intuitive. Also, the review section, where you can see the comments left by the people you asked to review the form, is not optimal because you cannot make changes directly there. You always have to have two pages open or switch back and forth to make changes, which is quite inconvenient. Their team are friendly and fast to respond. The review function is laid out in a way which allows for quick access and amendments. SCORM packages are fast to produce, as are offline links. **What do you dislike about Elucidat?** It would be good to be able to upload larger images and videos (currently limited at 40mb). Elucidat is set up to send xAPI statements, and also has an online release method, so you technically don't need an LMS to release your content. **What do you dislike about Elucidat?** Some content types are missing. The white-glove service they've provided, starting even before we signed our contract, has been nothing less than exceptional. Can get time consuming to not be able to style a section/interaction then copy and paste that onto different pages (or save in a bank of styled widgets) to have consistency throughout a course or between courses. They're also a good reference tool. I like how easy it is to customise courses, with colour, fonts etc. I like the templates available, which have helped me learn how to construct branching and write scenarios. The customer support is usually quick and they've helped me with most problems. I use the programme most days, and can make small updates quickly and easily. I like that I can see when the course was last released without having to enter the course. **What do you dislike about Elucidat?** There is a lack of automation in simple tasks, like scaling for mobile screens, which makes it slower to create content. It can be difficult to select the section I want to edit too, as the small pencil buttons are sometimes blocked by other parts. It can be confusing to use, as the program doesn't always work intuitively, or functions are missing that would make it easier to use. I find it frustrating that the asset library doesn't automatically organise assets into folders for the project they were last used, or first uploaded. The fact that organizations can create themes that everyone in their learning development department is fantastic, as is the shared asset library. Their support team is super responsive, and when they're able to help, very helpful. **What do you dislike about Elucidat?** The way you can't click to another slide if an element is in "Edit" mode with the little check box is constantly frustrating. Collaborating with SMEs is difficult and I have had some of them express how unintutive and frustrating the platform is. The fact that you can search for assets in the asset library is nice, but the only information it provides is which courses it's used in - not WHERE, which makes it very tedious to track down elements in context. And the worst thing of all is that there's no way to view and search comments, so I have to continuously go check one slide after another in the Pages view to see which comments are still open and why. It's incredibly tedious, and to make matters worse, the Pages view takes several minutes to load, which is such a time-suck. **What problems is Elucidat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since I'm an agency that works for The Coca-Cola Company, I've used Elucidat since their Learning Development department has recommended it and some of my clients request it.
