Elation makes me Elated! Really. I ENJOY using it. How often do you enjoy using an EMR? It's so simple. Everything you need is right there on a single page. No click click clicking. It's customizable to how you want. You can do everything you want. When I started, an implementation specialist helped me set everything up and learn everything. It was so easy! There is a bit of room for improvement - I wish intake forms were more customizable/robust, with better consent forms. The online booking could be a little more robust as well. Customer support is via the app or email, and can be sometimes a little slow to respond. I do wish there was a phone number to call to speak to someone. I also wish it integrated with Office Ally for billing, which is the most affordable billing solution for those of us who only bill a couple of insurances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
