## About Covercy
Covercy is the first banking-embedded investment management platform designed specifically for the CRE (Commercial Real Estate) space. This platform is at the intersection of investment management and financial services. Covercy is the first to launch artificial intelligence (AI) into its core product functions. Covercy helps CRE investment firms with HNW (High Net Worth) investors. The Covercy SaaS platform manages real estate investment assets from fundraising to distribution of payments so the investment management firm can do what they love: get their next deal. The Covercy secure platform is an all-in-one software tool that streamlines investment management operations, automates fund distribution and empowers HNW and family office investors through a high-end investor portal. Covercy combines mission critical financial services with investor administration. Managing payments can be a hassle for real estate GPs (General Partners). The Covercy Platform automates every step of the distribution process: Calculates the distribution amount Executes the payment (moves money securely) Auto-notifies the investors Auto-reconciles the distribution Becomes a system of record Covercy was founded as a foreign currency exchange business in 2015. The majority of the transactions were for commercial real estate. Upon further investigation, there was a gap in the marketplace for investment management with embedded financial services. **What do you like best about Covercy?**

The Covercy platform has seamlessly integrated into our daily operations. Its user-friendly design and straightforward interface have made it easy for our investors to navigate. So far, the greatest advantage of using Covercy has been the outstanding support from our account manager, Shiri. She has addressed numerous questions, significantly improving our overall experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Covercy?**

The only drawback I’ve noticed is the lack of an easily accessible FAQ or help section. However, reaching out to our account manager for assistance has been straightforward, and we usually get a response within an hour.

**What problems is Covercy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we managed our LP group using multiple spreadsheets, which was not only time-consuming but also increased the risk of mistakes. Now, as our brand continues to grow, we feel much more confident in our ability to deliver information to our investors.

**What do you like best about Covercy?**

We love that Covercy is a place to streamline all of our investment needs and we're super excited that our investors now have access to a portal. There is a bit of a learning curve when first using Covercy but their customer service has been wondeful and very responsive whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Covercy?**

It would be great to be able to upload documents and agreements in both the fundraising stage and the under management stage. We'd love for Covercy to update the feature of creating a template agreement without having to send it to the investor and be able to save it as a draft to come back to, if need be. We'd also like the ability to delete documents or agreements on our own.

**What problems is Covercy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously did not have a portal for our investors to access and it has been requested by many of our investors for some time. Covercy allows us to have a place for them that is user friendly. We feel like having a platform like this increases our credibility to our investors.

Covercy has significantly streamlined our investor relations process. Its user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to manage quarterly distributions, handle equity raises, and keep investors updated in real-time. The organizational tools are top-notch, helping us maintain clear and efficient communication. Covercy has truly simplified our workflow and improved our overall efficiency.

While Covercy offers excellent ease of use and organizational tools, there are a few downsides. The platform have occasional bugs can disrupt workflow.  Despite any issues, the benefits often outweigh the drawbacks.

Covercy is solving several critical problems in investor relations. It allows investors to easily keep up with their investments through real-time updates and a transparent overview of their portfolios.  Additionally, Covercy simplifies report distribution, ensuring that quarterly reports and other essential documents are promptly and efficiently delivered. The customer service is excellent. Shiri and Micky are always willing to help when something isn't working property, take suggestions to improve the LP and GP experience.

**What do you dislike about Covercy?**

I don't dislike anything. Sometimes the site can be slow to load. We have occasional issues with the software but Micky and Shiri work hard to fix the issues quickly.

Covercy is helping us with quarterly distributions, keeping track of investment ownership, allowing us to set up funds but also break out the funds by property. This saves us time each quarter.

Waterfall and distribution calculations can be improved, although this might be different for every different fund and activity.

it could be huge in the MENA region if it supports arabic language, this and other things related to market awarness of such tools isn't really there.

I still don't fully understand the various types of waterfall methodologies.

**What do you like best about Covercy?**

Investor management portal is easy to use both as a GP and an investor. I started using Covercy as an LP investor in a syndication and have since used it as a GP on my own deals. The functionality is as good as its industry competitors (i.e. Juniper Square) but is a fraction of the price. They have a banking functionality that has been a value-add too.

**What do you dislike about Covercy?**

Thus far their haven't been any downsides, it's made the investor management process more efficient.

It's made the process of managing investors, such as issuing distributions, documents etc., less time consuming and more efficient.
