**What do you like best about Convoso?**

The speed and efficiency of the dialer are the biggest wins for us. It does an excellent job of filtering out unproductive calls, ensuring our agents spend more time talking to actual prospects. The interface is intuitive for agents, and the support team is generally very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

The backend can feel a bit cluttered. We’ve found that data organization can get messy if you’re running multiple complex campaigns simultaneously. It requires a dedicated admin to keep things organized

**What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convoso has helped us scale our operations. While there is a learning curve to keeping the data clean and the settings optimized, the ROI on agent talk-time makes it worth the effort.

**What do you like best about Convoso?**

I really appreciated how easy it was to review all of my agents' calls. Since I was in charge of quality control, this feature made my job much simpler. What I liked most was the ability to live barge into a call if an agent said something incorrect, allowing me to discreetly send notes to the agent without the caller being aware.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

I found it frustrating that the software required me to use unconventional and unusual search criteria when trying to find specific information, such as call times and durations. This made gathering data feel more cumbersome than simply listening to the calls themselves.

**What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has been extremely helpful for both my agents and myself. It not only allows me to monitor the quality of my agents' work, but also provides them with valuable resources to help them excel in their roles.

We use it on the company that I work for for more than 3+ years and have make our life easier! Easy to use, easy to learn and very efficient. The only thing is that sometimes the page is slow to load but besides that, awesome experience! I recommended for everyone that wants to do cold calls.

I like being able to see the live agent monitoring because it helps me keep track of what my agents are doing and stay on top of their activity.

One feature I’d like to see added in the future is the ability for an admin to change an agent’s current status in advance for upcoming meetings.

With Adherence live tracking, as a supervisor I’m able to see and hear what my agents are doing, and I can make sure they’re doing it correctly.

I like how effortlessly I can pull up previous calls. The call logs tab is easy to understand, and it’s been really helpful for tracking my progress.

One feature I’d like to see added in the future is the ability for agents to view a caller’s previous calls from a specific number, including who they spoke with before.

Being able to keep track of all calls, whether they’re past or present, really helps me with my reporting and staying on top of everything.

**What do you like best about Convoso?**

Convoso has completely transformed how we work! Their predictive dialer is a legit one, it only connects us with the acutual people, which means no more wasting time on dead-end calls. It's way more meaningful conversations and way better conversion rates. This tool has been a total gamer-changer. It's super friendly, set up in a snap, and their support team is always ready to help. We use it every single day for outbound calls, and the features are killer- the predicitve dialer is awesome, the call management tools are solid, and the reporting is so detailed. Plus, it plays nice with all our existing systems. I cannot recommend Convoso enough. Trust me, this is a real deal.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

No biggie,  the dialer has a tiny hiccup with slight pauses between double dials, but honestly , it's overall performance totally makes up for that small quirk.

Convoso is seriously awesome! boosts conversations, productivity and conversions. It keeps everything super organized, so we never drop the ball on any potential opportunities. Hence , its a total win!

Everything was done for us, so all we had to do was log in and start taking calls. The process was simple, quick, and easy for our team.

Onboarding took a little longer than expected. While this could be improved, the experience was still good overall because the team stayed in close contact and was always ready to help.

we are currently routing all our inbound calls and planning to start an outbound outreach, the where a fast and easy to setup solution with close to 0 issues on the agent side.

Convoso has been a valuable tool for our brokerage company, which focuses on Medicare Advantage plans. It's user-friendly, with a smooth implementation process, and their support team is very responsive. We can use it daily for our outbound calling, and it has a comprehensive set of features, including a predictive dialer, call management tools, and reporting. Convoso integrates easily with our systems.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

The only downside we have ran into is the limitation on double dialing as the system cannot truly double dial back to back with no delay.  However the overall efficiency within the dialer itself helps to offset this limitation.

Low contact rates: The predictive dialer helps us connect with more potential clients, increasing our agents' talk time.

Inefficient workflows: Automation features and CRM integration streamline our processes, reducing manual work.

The simple Gui interface when you login. two drop downs. one with the campaign/ campaigns you are able to login to and the other with your current status (active, break, lunch, meeting etc. the easy to navigate tabs at the top.

I wish it was a little simpler to make a manual outbound call via dial pad instead of having to create a contact card.

Convoso has really helped boost our team’s productivity. The predictive dialer makes a big difference—it only connects agents when there’s a live person on the line, so we waste a lot less time. We’ve seen a noticeable increase in meaningful conversations and overall conversions since switching to Convoso.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

While Convoso offers powerful features, there is definitely a learning curve. It took some time to get everything set up the way we wanted, and training new agents isn’t always straightforward. I also found the reporting tools a bit limited unless you really know your way around the system. Support is helpful

**What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convoso has really helped us solve the problem of wasted time on outbound calls. The predictive dialer connects our agents only when someone actually picks up, which means way more conversations and a lot less sitting around. It’s made our team way more productive and we’ve definitely seen a bump in conversions. Plus, the lead management tools help us stay organized and make sure no leads slip through the cracks.

Voso.ai is impressive, I feel it could benefit from more versatility. Currently, it feels very targeted toward customer service and outbound outreach, which limits its potential. It would be amazing if the platform expanded to support group interactions, such as those on platforms like Discord or WhatsApp, enabling similar automation and engagement tools for community-based or collaborative use cases.

They are very professional and thorough. They have very great customer support and also technical support. I like that they have a knowledge center that is also easy to use.

In comparison to all predictive dialers. they have amazing customer service. Great tutors to teach how to use the dialer and they have an amazing knowledge center that is easy to use

Using Convoso was a smooth and efficient experience, quickly elevating me amongst competitors and making sure our phones were always connecting and busy.The back office was easy to understand and complie data and lead generation.

Making a three-way phone call and transferring clients proved to be difficult, as I struggled to manage the connections and ensure everyone stayed on the line without interruption as well as navigating the application to do so.

Things that I like the most about Convoso, is being able to access all of my miss calls with ease. That is the first thing that I check every morning when I get into the office. Great feature.

customer support was terrible. they were slow to respond. sometimes I had technical issues and they barely helped to resolve any of them

Convoso is solving several problems related to sales outreach, lead management, and our call center operations. Convoso automated dialing, reduces the time spent on manual dialing and increasing the number of calls made which results in making more calls and closing more deals

I use this application all day, every day. The web-based solution is user friendly. The implementation is smooth and they offer integration with other solutions in support of call center operations. There are too many great features to mention from admin to agent interface. Interacting with their customer support was an easy process, as well.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

CC agents have to clear web browser cache data daily and sometimes several times a day to avoid glitches with the application.

Convoso is able to capture every call taken by every agent and provide robust reporting on that data.

I appreciate how you can set appointments to make calls, and then the call will be served up to you at the correct time. It is user friendly on the front end, and I use this software every day. Customer support is very responsive. I cannot speak to the ease of implementation and integration because I am a front end user.

**What do you dislike about Convoso?**

I dislike the amount of bugs that Convoso cannot fix. For our team that is taking and receiving calls, we have it set up to go in a round robin order but it does not always go that way. For some reason, Convoso will generate new dupe leads for phone numbers that are already a contact in the system.

Convoso provides our company with the software and interface to contact clients in order to provide them legal representation.

It is efficient. As well as very user friendly even for those not to tech savvy. Also the representatives are very informative in the beggining stages to have clear understandings of how things work and respond quickly to questions. and issues.

Seems like there is always some issue with contact on most days. Also had a problem for a while where my bill was much higher than what it should have been.

Dialing through my data quickly and effiently. Doing it in a manner where my newly purchased leads are not bein left uncalled. when i slow it down i can also have them call back older leads that do infact turn in us writing business.
