**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I like the ease of use of ClickTime. It's really straightforward and saves me time, especially when we get a new client or a new matter. We can register the cloud, matter, and billable rates in less than ten minutes. Everything just works, and I feel like I can keep track of my matters, people, and billing with no hassles. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. I've been using it for so many years and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I hate the phone app.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I like the cost center and function features in ClickTime since they're the easiest way to track the projects I'm working on and the tasks I'm doing. It's also pretty easy for me to request time off because I can clearly see the different types of time off available, like paid time off, personal time, and sick time, and when I need to use them. This helps me to differentiate easily. Setting up ClickTime was very easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I would like there to be an easier way to track my time off balance and the accrual of my time off. The way it is right now, it makes it very difficult to see what my time off will be in the future. It would be helpful if there was a way to configure the cost center and functions feature so that I could easily enter multiple functions for the same cost center without having to add so many rows.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

I love how easy ClickTime is to use. Though I don't currently use the stopwatch feature anymore due to being in a management role, I did at one point, and I loved it because it provides a more accurate measurement of time spent on a project. I also like the reporting features, which are useful when a client asks about project costs, allowing me to provide an accurate bid using the collected data. The initial setup was easy too; I just went to the Preference Tab, then went through all the options for an easy setup. Overall, I really like this product and haven't found much that needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I would say there is nothing that you currently have that needs improving but I think it would be beneficial and a good way to grow if ClickTime develop the ability to bill from this program instead of sending it to another program for billing, if you can make this more of a one stop shop, that would be awesome. That and maybe expand to payroll, obviously these will be additional cost but people like me like one place to go to for all their needs and not have to go to 3 or 4 different product/programs.

I use ClickTime to track employee time on projects, estimate future costs, and track vacation/sick time. It helps identify competency issues by comparing hours spent by employees and provides accurate project cost estimates through detailed reporting.

I love that ClickTime keeps an accurate log of what I do and provides a running total of how much time has been spent on each project. It's simple to use. Although I don't manage it, I can see from my experience that setting it up and editing to my liking would be straightforward. I primarily use the time entries section and the annual leave function. I haven't experienced anything that could be improved, which is quite positive!

I like that I can look at ClickTime and see where I was and what I was doing on a particular day of the week. I can use ClickTime to pinpoint where and when I was utilizing my time during the work week.

I had a particular experience where I entered the wrong information and it took a little while to figure out how to delete that particular line of information. Once I figured out the format it was easy but initially, I was stumped. Maybe if a user were able to enter notes in the same space as they're entering times, it would make things easier because the user wouldn't have to click on an entirely separate tab in order to enter notes.

They have a web interface and a Mobile app, so they have you covered. Both are very easy to use and implement! The customer support is there to help when you need and are fast to respond.

allows for multiple jobs and charge codes. Allows you to track PTO owed, taken and remaining. You can run reports fo all sorts of tracking as needed.

Very easy to use, daily time tracking.

The app works well and is fully functional, but it lacks some of the options available on the web interface.

Time reporting and expense tracking are both straightforward. Recording expenses is simple—just a few clicks, and you can even attach a photo of the receipt if needed. I also appreciate how easy it is to track hours for specific jobs, especially when splitting my day across multiple time codes.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

The simplistic layout. Easy setup. Easy to use. And it keeps track of my PTO, so I don't have to.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

The only thing I dislike is the fact that twice, when attempting to enter my end time for a task, it won't allow me to proceed. Instead it gives me a  popup that says "Something went wrong. Refresh." But when I do that, I get caught up in an endless loop of that same thing. 
Fortunately, I was able to complete my time entries on my phone app, so I didn't have to keep track of my hours manually & enter them later.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool not only tracks my work hours but also keeps a record of my PTO, which is incredibly convenient since I don't have to manage it myself. Each month, I can review my entries to identify the days I traveled for work, making it easy to submit reimbursement requests for my mileage.

I appreciate that ClickTime was a game changer for us, replacing our old clipboard system and making our invoicing really comprehensive at the end of each month, giving clients a clear picture of the work done. It's great that it provides a history of each project and the onboard tools allow us to customize reports specifically. The cost of the service is very reasonable and definitely worth it. I also like how ClickTime gives our firm structure, allowing us to analyze our business model and adjust our rates and contracts. It's very simple to use, and new employees understand it quickly. Setting it up was very easy too.

We would like to integrate ClickTime into a system that creates invoices for us.

I really enjoy the user interface of ClickTime; it's user-friendly and lovely. Whenever I open the UI, I can clearly see how many hours I have worked on each project, categorize my entries, and easily add or remove them as needed. I can submit and unsubmit my entries, and even include weekends in my timesheets. It’s very user-friendly, and I had no difficulties with the initial setup.

I like that ClickTime is easy to use. It allows me to track my work hours in quarter-hour increments if I do a point two five, point five, or point seven five, and also by hours. This makes it easy to put my time on my time sheet so my employer can record it, and I can get paid. I find it really helpful to work with my employer to categorize my time, ensuring it's legitimate and aligned with how my employer prefers. This helps keep track of my activities and clarifies what I did when, which is really important. Setting up ClickTime was easy for me, and I liked that I could use the same password even after returning from using a different software, which was nice. Overall, ClickTime does a really good job, and I like using it.

As a consultant, I need to stay abreast of the amount of time I spend on clients and need to maintain budgets allocated to projects or services. Click time makes it easy to enter data - on my desktop, phone and iPad - it'slways accessible so even after hours pop-up work gets entered.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

There's no downside to Clicktime. If you have to manage time, budgets, even contractor's hours, Clicktime does it. Pricing is fair, easy to use, great support.

The biggest problem that Clicktime solves for me is keeping me on track to make sure that the hours budgeted for work are going to the right priorities; I can see exactly what I've done over a day. If I have a contractor working with me on a project, I can create a login for them and see how tey are tracking against budgeted hours and if they are within the scope of work.

I don't like that ClickTime requires prior approval of PTO before it will allow you to submit a timesheet. We would like to better integrate it with our payroll through QuickBooks but we have not been able to easily figure out how to do that.

ClickTime makes tracking hours simple with the different features it has to put a "Task" and a "Client". The fact that it has a comment section also makes it easy to track what the task is or to help make a mental note of the work that was completed. It is also easy to track hours by allowing you to put the exact time you start and end a task!

The only unhelpful thing about ClickTime is that the time is rounded down rather than up for the task that is being completed. I think this makes it easy for workers to not get compensated for the time that is being spent on work.

ClickTime has a mobile and desktop app that make it easy to track time live, creating a more accurate time-keeping. We use ClickTime to track all of our time allocations to programs and grants, and as a nonprofit this is extremely beneficial. Of all of the timekeeping products on the market, ClickTime was the most nonprofit friendly and we have used it for 4+ years.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

ClickTime did not have an option of tracking time by client AND program in the order we needed for grant reporting, so we had to design our set-up differently than traditional set up. This makes it a bit difficult to use reporting properly and to ensure we are able to utilize all of the features.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickTime streamlined our authorization process by automatically sending a submitted timesheets to supervisors for approval. This was a manual process in the past and now we can better document for grants, that time is tracked. It also allowed us to properly allocate costs (nonprofit) via the fulltime equivalent method (FTE) which is required by IRS. Most importantly, employees provide details of their time spent with and for clients, which allows us to more accurately report time to our grantor sources.

I love how ClickTime saves my time with its autofill feature that uses last week's data, making the process quick and efficient. I also find it incredibly easy to fill out the timesheets, making my workflow smoother. The auto-filling of descriptions is another feature I appreciate, as it reduces repetitive tasks and adds to the efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me, which helped my team get started without any hassle. Overall, ClickTime allows me to manage my time effectively while using it with other tools like Jira.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

I'm not satisfied with the autofill feature in ClickTime. Although it is intended to make the process easier, I find that it doesn't always work as efficiently as I'd like. Additionally, the upload speed could be improved. It sometimes feels slower than expected, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly update timesheets.

**What do you like best about ClickTime?**

After login, I get dropped onto the current day and includes the clients entered from the previous week. This makes it easy to add additional records for ongoing projects. From there, it's super easy to add additional clients & time slots.

**What do you dislike about ClickTime?**

The experience would be more efficient if I could add a new job directly from the Timesheet view, especially when the existing client is already selected.

Additionally, when entering a new project, when the user types in the "Client" name (or seaches for client), it would be great if all the jobs already associated for that client become available to select.

**What problems is ClickTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickTime provides a place to keep track of time spent on Projects. It is helpful when there are a lot of projects going on simultaneously.  It allows me to assign time to each project as I go. Sometimes it is the only way to remember that a small 15 min assignment was incurred. Using Clicktime allows us to have a record of time which is how our industry records expenses.
