I uploaded numerous files for it to use, gave it some instructions, tried it out, tweaked, and now it's live on my website. The Inbox-to-FAQ feature is really novel, and I've used it numerous times to add "better" responses to some questions folks have asked. As a "light technical" person (programmed years ago, now mostly in meetings and writing emails/articles), I found its setup to be easy to understand. **What do you dislike about Botsonic?** I haven't run into anything yet that I don't like ... I'm early in the experience, but it's very promising. Also the website scrap tool does not support js, which my website is built on so i can not get realtime data from my website. **What problems is Botsonic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client Assistant, my institution's website is currently very large, so while navigating the old-fashioned way clients tend to miss out on the information they need. so naturally Botsonic being a chatbot lets the user ask the right questions and in turn get the right answers. this changes the way information is being consumed at our institution and to this end, we are extremely happy to be working with the team especially to help tackle their JS limitation. currently, our workaround is just to provide a special API for the chatbot with all the relevant information and this works incredibly well. ### 25. As a consultant, it's sometimes difficult to quickly develop and demonstrate basic solutions for clients on technical platforms. Botsonic allows the user to sign up, lay the ground work, train the bot quickly and get a working concept up extremely quickly. Such an easy implementation. This is great for any company looking to invest into AI bot solutions as it shows very quickly what it might look like, what it will take to get it production-ready and how much effort is required. As an upside, I find that deploying the bot with just the sitemap is a great way to test if a site is actually providing enough information or the rights information needed to inform and convince. It's actually a good way to try and put yourself in your prospect's shoes to see if it's good enough for the AI! **What do you dislike about Botsonic?** It's hard to complain considering everything you get from a free trial. Just wish there were more messages each month to be able to properly test due to the frequency of using!! Even though we enter a lot of information it still does not give answers a lot of times. A lot of FAQs has to be provided. All integrations are paid. The ease of use has been amazing. We have been able to monitor conversations that users have had with the bot over time and then adapt the instructions we've fed it. We were also able to import our FAQs into the bot which it used as learning material to further assist our users. **What do you dislike about Botsonic?** The only thing I wish the bot had the ability to do is to include customised buttons, or logical jumps based on specific responses. The bot itself provides four ways to train: (1) Upload specifications for training, (2) Enter settings to follow, (3) Interact and explain, and (4) Use the Thumbs-up, Thumbs-down feedback. There are other ways, too, but these seem to be the main four that work for me. With them, I have been able to fine-tune several bots that simulate human emotion. I LOVE that Botsonic remembers its instructions, something ChatGPT can't do. I highly recommend Botsonic. **What do you dislike about Botsonic?** Like most people, I wish there were more messages available during the training phase. Mine have just run out at a critical moment, so it's looking like I have to either up my plan or wait another six days for my monthly account to recycle. Support is very busy improving the product. Those improvements show. For content it can add our websites to add content, we can upload document or spreadsheets into the system and add FAQ based on what the users are asking the system. We are using the chatbot to answer questions on a wide range of topics and this has replaced our knowledge hubs that we previously used.
