**What do you like best about Boolvideo?**

I appreciate how easy it is to navigate Boolvideo. It’s straightforward, and even if you’re not super technical, you can still manage video content efficiently. What I like the most is how it integrates smoothly with other systems without much hassle. On top of that, the customer support team has been really reliable and quick to respond whenever I've faced an issue.

**What do you dislike about Boolvideo?**

f there’s one thing I’d want them to improve, it would be the reporting features. While the basics are covered, having more detailed analytics would help me understand the impact of my content better. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something that would be great to see in future updates.
