**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I really appreciate Attentive's White Glove support service because the live chat is almost always available, and I can connect with an expert in just a few minutes. They almost never have any issues they can't immediately solve, saving me hours. I also like their two-tap subscription features which are top class, ensuring all customers are easily and 100% legally opted in with the best user experience in the industry, preventing drop-off and ensuring top capture rates. In the four years I've used Attentive, their team has been extremely innovative, launching improvements very quickly and solving many issues or adding missing features swiftly throughout their growth. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

The only thing I can think of that could be improved is a few things in the email campaign builder. I still think Klaviyo has a slight edge, mostly to do with saved blocks and rows and how those can so easily be added to any campaign you are working on. The ease of use there saved me lots of time in Klaviyo.

**What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attentive helps me communicate weekly promotions effectively. Their White Glove support saves me hours by solving issues quickly. The two-tap subscription ensures legal, easy customer opt-ins, reducing drop-offs. We switched for integrated Email & SMS solutions which now work so well together on the same platform.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I do love that the email builder is so easy to use. It's great for making emails customizable and straightforward. They are very valuable because it helps us get the information to the right people. And it also allows us some scalability because of the dynamic content that we only need to maybe build one email, and we can be speaking to a wider audience with just one email. So that is really wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

Attentive isn't solving a lot of problems for us; it's actually creating more. The reporting is less than ideal and doesn't match what we were promised. The ability to scale, like pushing down journeys and segmentations from HQ to child accounts, is broken and hasn't been fixed despite promises. We were told rolled-up reporting was on the roadmap, but now it's not. We can't aggregate metrics at the HQ level, which is frustrating. The segmentation is very limited, especially with integration to Mindbody. We can't segment based on purchases within Mindbody, affecting our ability to market effectively. The setup was extremely difficult, and many features were oversold or are broken. This has made us miss our previous CRM.

I find Attentive's email builder easy to use, simplifying email creation. Its dynamic content helps us target a wider audience with just one email.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I use Attentive to send text messages to our subscribers about new arrivals, collection updates, and store events. Attentive allows us to efficiently relay new updates to our subscribers, and the segmentation tool is my favorite. I love being able to make segmentation groups and send text messages to certain customers based on their shopping habits and what they browse on our website. This feature helps us increase our click rate and revenue by targeting information relevant to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I wish I was able to add a bit more characters to my text at times or upload larger images, such as gifs without the message being two separate text messages. If we had a higher character limit and I could send emojis in my text messages, that would be efficient. Sometimes gifs are larger file sizes as well so it makes the image blurry so that is what I would recommend improving.

**What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attentive to send text messages and updates to subscribers. With its segmentation tool, I target shoppers based on habits, increasing click rates and revenue.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I like the platform and how user-friendly it is. It's also modern, which is important to me because it shows that the company values staying current. There are so many options to create different reports and segments, which is really wonderful because it allows us to engage customers effectively by sending different types of marketing. Having everything, like SMS and email, all in one platform helps us collect all of our customers' information and engage with them more easily. We've seen an increase in subscribers and a decrease in switching, keeping them engaged for a full year of email. Attentive really helped us grow our list, which was our goal, and the whole process, even with the setup taking about a month, was quite effortless.

I like most the UI and UX of Attentive. It's very easy to find and make reports. It's very easy to find everything, and I love the clean simple layout.

Attentive could improve its templates and AI send time. I'd like to see AI subject lines and AI-tested campaigns for sales or special holidays.

The onboarding and integration was seamless. We were able to switch over from our other provider easily with the help of the UX team and saw an improvement with our performance and ROI very quickly.

The reporting could use some work. It's hard to find granular performance for certain flows. Another issue I don't like it I can't see L30 day performance at a glace for each flow, only at entire account level.

I really like that Attentive is our main source of revenue for promotional pushes. It performs a lot better than Instagram or Facebook with its better reach and higher conversion rate. I appreciate how whenever we use SMS or email pushes with Attentive, we see an immediate spike in responses that lasts up to twenty-four hours. Also, the initial setup was easy, and we've had a smooth experience using it for the past three years.

The only thing I dislike about attentive are some of the features within the reporting tab. I would love to see all campaigns and flows individually when using the reporting dashboard. Other than that I think it's the best SMS Platform out there.

Attentive is helping us bridge the gap between our end user and the person who actually purchases the product. Often times parents will sign up for the email and kids will signup for our sms and attentive helps us bridge that gap through in depth segmentation and conversational messages.

The helpful AI copy tools, unique features, data and metrics system, and the ability to plug into our backend really stand out for me. The results speak for themselves! When we're intentional with a campaign, we always see returns, almost immediately. The user interface is very simple to use and understand, and the metrics provided help with strategy and insight.

Nothing I can even really think of...it is unfortunate how some campaigns/journies lead to high unsubscribe, but that's not a fault of Attentive.

I like the list growth pop-ups in Attentive; they are more flexible and easier to add compared to my last provider. My list growth is stronger now since switching to Attentive. I also appreciate the SMS strength of Attentive compared to other platforms. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I got support during the process.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

The reporting and ability to manage adding new subscribers with ease. Also, the attributes are not clean when they are exported. When I was with Klaviyo, I was able to upload my own contacts and that was very convenient.

Attentive solves sending messages, reporting, and connecting with my audience while enhancing retargeting. Its list growth and SMS features are stronger compared to other platforms.

We can’t explore the data directly; we always have to reach out to customer support for that. It’s also a bit difficult to customize our own report format the way we need.

I love that I can easily schedule things out for the month and quickly review and see a sample of what the SMS text will look like. I appreciate being able to send test SMS to myself to ensure everything is formatted correctly. Scheduling messages is very easy, and I like that I can go back and review what I've scheduled. It also gives me wonderful stats, like click rates and revenue driven, which helps me know which messages are most effective and resonate with our customers. I would highly recommend it for any brand.

I think just anytime you can simplify things and make it quickly scannable, not having extra fluff on the website is always helpful.

I think the UX is pretty good. The customer support is great, and I appreciate that I can get a real person when needed. The journeys are really helpful, especially the automations. I enjoy sending out campaigns and find building segments easy to do.

I don't think the AI copywriter is very good.

I like Attentive for its ease of use and the ability to schedule pop-ups or sign-up units. I also appreciate the working relationships we have with our customer service manager. The initial setup went well, and I found it to be straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

Just the interface in journeys, I think, can be improved a little. And, scheduling campaigns, I think it can be simplified more. And just adding more options in segmentation, especially with multi-channel attributes ie. email properties or attributes.

Attentive helps with scheduling and creating journeys and campaigns with ease, using AI to target audiences. They also have a strict compliance with changing SMS rules so we are assured that we are following guidelines in executing campaigns.

I find Attentive easy to use, which makes setting up campaigns a breeze. I appreciate the integration with Alia, as it helps improve our design capabilities while still utilizing Attentive's network. Another thing I like is that Attentive shares the latest regulation updates, keeping us compliant without having to do the research ourselves. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

Maybe the journey editing experience could be improved. Right now, I have to select edit from the main journey screen, if I'm in a journey already I can't edit from there (if there is that available, it's not easy to find and not intuitive)

**What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attentive lets us reach people via their phones, which they always have access to, and it's easy to use for setting up campaigns. It integrates with Alia for improved popups and provides compliance updates, so we don't have to research ourselves.

I like how easy it is to use the platform. It's very intuitive, especially the flow builders. You don't have to think too deeply about it. Also, the new suggestions and AI automation are very good. The white glove service team has been fantastic to work with, helping us achieve very specific things quite quickly. The service as well has been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I think the flexibility of the pop-up builders could be improved. There's a lot of things we would love to include and style, and I find that they're not as flexible. If you want anything custom, you have to reach out to a specific team. So more flexibility in the lead capture forms would be great.

**What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attentive to easily pre-plan campaigns, align with our sales calendar, and send SMS blasts. It helps with different flows like abandoned cart and browse abandonment.

I find Attentive to be an easy to use platform, and their account managers and team are really hands-on. They make using the platform so easy and save our lean team so much time, making my life a breeze. I appreciate that they ensure we are using the most up-to-date functionality. The setup process was the easiest, with the team helping us every step of the way. I also like that we can integrate Attentive with a lot of our platforms.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I don't love the SMS pricing structure, especially having to pay for our list. I'd like to see a reduction in the list fee.

I use Attentive to reach a specific demographic, providing a personalized way to engage with our younger Gen Z audience. The platform is easy to use, saving our lean team time and ensuring we use up-to-date functionality.

I really enjoy using Attentive because it's very easy to use. We switched from Klaviyo mainly due to pricing, and it's much better in that regard. I love the AI integrations for subject lines and preview text, which provide very insightful information. The detailed reporting systems based on segments and dates are impressive. Overall, it's just very simple to use, which is very nice.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I just wish Attentive was a little more popularized on third-party sites. There's a lot of things where it's like integrate with Klaviyo, and that integration with Attentive is just one step harder. Or not possible. So I just wish it was more accessible on these third-party sites that we wanna integrate.

Attentive helps with our signup forms and customer retention by offering lots of customizations. We can target different needs and filter customer journeys, enhancing engagement and retention.

time saving through campaign scheduler and quick content generation. the Concierge tool is a favorite, allowing us to act as a first step of customer service without using team time.

Wish I could clone journeys, especially ones that are more complex. Segmentation also can improved and looking up customer profile data. I wish I could see what flows people were in.

I use Attentive for lead capture and SMS. I appreciate their Whiteglove Support, which is strong, providing nice support that answers quickly and is knowledgeable. This support is crucial as it helps me use the rest of the platform effectively, especially since certain features are hidden and need to be enabled. I also found the initial setup of Attentive to be easy.

Spin to Win Pop-Up hurt our lead capture rate a lot when we migrated.

I use Attentive for lead capture and SMS. It helps with sending messages through campaigns and creating pop-ups, supported by quick and knowledgeable customer service. Whiteglove Support enables access to hidden features, making the platform more usable.

I use Attentive for targeted SMS sends and metrics. It allows me to distribute SMSes in a streamlined way with more robust data. I like the different time frames you can pull reports in because I can look at it from a day, week, and month and compare when our most valuable engagement occurs.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

It isn't very intuitive. I had to build muscle memory and get corrected by peers for the first few uses. It doesn't feel like the tools flow well. Pulling the metrics was hard to find for me at first and finding the correct place to find the email itself. I could not find it on my own without memorizing where it would be.

I like how easy the USP is (on desktop) and how quickly they have implemented AI. White Glove is also an elite service, and the customer support is really awesome.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

The mobile interface is inaccessible–if I'm ever in a pinch, I can't schedule or edit from my phone! Feels backwards since it's text messaging!

Lack of support on compliance or legal issues–there should be more parameters and notices in place to educate clients on state-specific privacy laws so we can stay informed and in alignment with best practices.

The price!!! It's so exorbitantly expensive in comparison to all email marketing counterparts.

Attentive is our only SMS solution—it helps us reach customers quickly and drive revenue, especially during sales and key product launches. It’s been a reliable tool to grow and engage our list without the lift of creating an email.

Excellent customer service, constant innovation and new product offerings, and a system that just works! When I'm onboarding new team members I always say Attentive is the easiest platform they'll have to learn. We've been using Attentive since the beginning and sometimes when tech companies get too big they lose their personal touch, but Attentive has always given us the same exceptional level of attention.

They don't integrate perfectly with our current email system which can silo data.

Sometimes uploading segments can take a while, I notice that my platform starts to lag if I upload multiple of them.

In a world where so many of the platforms can have similar functionality, I think our experience with Attentive has stood out because of the service we get from the account side. Carrie is always supportive, proactive, and helpful. Doesn't matter if it's tactical execution or strategic planning, we know we can count on Attentive.

We use Kalviyo for our email program, and I think they do a better job than Attentive in how they build and use segments. The Journey builder is also a bit clunkier.

Our account management experience is lacking. We have been promised reviews of our performance and strategy for almost a full year now and seen none of this from your side. Our account manager is very personable and friendly, and does offer some useful insight into SMS campaigns, but we get very little out of them in terms of improving our strategy and optimizing the channels as a whole. It's a very shortsighted relationship and when asked for long term recommendations we receive nothing. Because we were promised great things about the managed service which we haven't received.

They have a lot of steps for security like uploading email lists that require a lot of approvals from our team each time we upload a new list and you have to do it for each list even if they sign. So you have to fill a form out for every new segment you add if it is not in the same segment. It seems like overkill to me like there could be a better way.

I would appreciate greater transparency in the analytics, especially regarding revenue attribution. It’s often unclear how Attentive determines the revenue attributed to individual SMS campaigns.
