**What do you like best about Arborgold?**

That everything has a digital record. The bid and everything about the job are inside Arborgold, which makes it simple and easy to look up customers, past jobs, addresses, etc. Having a searchable digital file is super helpful because often a customer will call in with a different name (such as a wife and husband that have different last names).

**What do you dislike about Arborgold?**

When scheduling jobs through Arborgold, I would like it to integrate better with Google calendar and iPhone calendar. Right now, when I book a job with multiple tasks (for example: prune a fig tree, remove an olive tree, trim a pine tree), it schedules those tasks as three different jobs, even though they are all going to be done on the same day and the same place. This is confusing for the crew leader. When I've talked to Arborgold for assistance with booking the entire job in one go, they say the program can't handle that request right now. I just schedule one task (for example: prune a fig tree) instead of all three, but this makes it confusing too and I need to double check to make sure the job is closed out properly (but saves the confusion from the crew leader).

**Recommendations to others considering Arborgold:**

My organization went from using paper to using Arborgold, so this has been a transition for us. While it is work to digitize, it has been worth it! 
Also, the loading (logging in, making a query) can be very slow.

**What problems is Arborgold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absolutely solved the problem of the estimator bidding a job and writing down the bid on a physical paper, only to have the paper lost by the bidder, office staff, or crew leader by the day of the job. Now everything can be searched in the Arborgold program, meaning if the crew is going to be late and need to call the customer - all they have to do is look at their phones and the Arborgold app. Love that it is on the computer for the office staff and phones/iPads for the field crew.

Easily one of the best to help expand and scale green industry business's.

**What do you dislike about Arborgold?**

I didnt really dislike anything about this software. There could be minor improvements here or there but overall it ran just like it would be used in the field.

**What problems is Arborgold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to monitor, communicate, estimate and get real analytics into where my company needs to improve.

**What do you like best about Arborgold?**

It is a very friendly program, its interface is very simple and easy to manage, on the other hand the processes or steps for implementation are very simple because the technical support team accompanies generating that is an easy process and minimizing the learning curve, were very effective at the time of training and technology transfer, in terms of the operation of this software is very efficient, as it increases profitability, optimizes processes such as programming, administration and marketing, which facilitates more efficient growth. In organizes everything from customer information to billing.


**What do you dislike about Arborgold?**

I have been using this software for 2 years in our business and the truth is that we have not perceived any negative aspect, only that sometimes it slows down, however its functionality is very effective.

Arborgold keeps the steps simple to achieve efficiency and ease of use , promotes stability and business development , so it is a tool of vital importance , I recommend it .

**What problems is Arborgold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business started as a living we installed the software and thanks to the improvement of the management by this program allowed us to expand, now we plant we allow ourselves to make designs of landscaping or ornaments, ie we make the complete package, we produce plants and trees, We plant them according to the client's request and we carry out maintenance of these spaces, all this was achieved thanks to Arborgold, because with the ease that we supply, allowed the effective management of customers, offers, programming, management and marketing, expanded the range of services offered by our company.
