The best thing about 9Lenses is that it has a Centralized platform that hosts the Assessments, this makes things easier so that all the teams can access assessments from anywhere and have discussion and alterations another good thing about it is the Recommendation Engine, It helps to give valuable recommendations that add more value. They have customized Scorecards and Analytics tools that are heavy words but don't give that many effective results, we have to put manual efforts to analize and have valuable results.
