The initial setup was straightforward. I have linked the payment pages to my Website and my Client Portal. They helped me set up multiple pages (different URLs) so I could apply a surcharge for one page and keep a second page that did not add a surcharge. The website didn't change just because New Branding. CPA Charge had a terriffic product and very user friendly site. And they didn't change it just because they are under New Branding. The card reader does not always connect and work/ go through and that has been frustrating. During high volume days there were a few times we had someone leave because it looked like the payment went through on the card reader but then it never actually went through. I wish CPACharge would add a line item for credit card fees if a client chooses to pay with a credit card instead of a bank account routing number and account number. Several clients do not use Zelle and want a way to pay with a link that is related to an encrypted portal. The world has become virtual and waiting for a client to call to pay me with a credit card was not working.
