I have worked with multiple legal case management platforms over the years, and Casepeer is my favorite. The interface is simple to navigate and understand (you don't need multiple training sessions to figure out where things are or how to look something up), and it's easy on the eyes. The calendar and task system are simple yet do what you need. Customer support is always responsive- same day and addresses any issues or questions. There were no issues in implementing the system and integrating everything over from our prior system was not bad.
I like how it has features for the trust accounting in addition to simple search features and ability to run various reports. There are platforms out there which are much more comprehensive, but you almost need a degree to learn how to use them. There is a point where things become overly complicated and it's not necessary. I personally think Casepeer has a good balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some platforms are integrating AI into their software to assist with searches as well as analyzing data/reports and for summarizing the client's injuries. I would like to see something like that offered by Casepeer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
