As for it being such a thin column going back to several days of notes requires to skip several pages ahead or open a dedicated notes window. What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer? The least helpful thing about the software is that we cannot do everything inside of the program. For instance when letters are generated, they must be downloaded outside of the program. We also dislike that we have to create multiple contacts for different sections of the case.
