How do you position yourself against competitors? At 8am AffiniPay, we don’t believe in-phone trees. We have an in-house team of Certified Payments Professionals who are available by phone, email, or live chat to answer any questions our customers have. We’re proud to say that 95% of our support phone calls are answered before the second ring, and have earned a NetPromoter Score of 72. In addition, AffiniPay simplifies reporting and reconciliation processes on demand. Our reporting tools allow our customers to create more complex, custom reports in Excel, as well as access dashboards and insights (such as deposit and transaction reports) all in one place. Whether you need to run a refund, review monthly deposits, or view your statements, AffiniPay gives associations the key functionality and transaction details you need to make reporting and reconciliation easier and faster.
