This educational technology is intuitive to use and built around best practices for brain-based, adult-learning priniciples. The customer support for new users is also fantastic! And the statistics available to monitor student progress is very helpful. It can be tricky to get the avatars to pronounce the terms correctly, but not impossible, when using the AI generated text to speech application. I also wish that when students use the QR code to access the content from their phones that the statistics reported what phone number was used rather than reporting "anonymous user." It's simple. A lot of tools take forever to master, meaning it either takes too long to create a course, or you push something out that's not as good as it could be. With 7Taps, less is more, having a simple design that anyone can use straight away with little to no training. It's a fun format and doesn't take itself too seriously either - I adore the GIF options for images to help improve engagement and bring a little pesonality to the course! Plus their team are amazingly friendly and helpful whenever you need a hand!

We use it for all of our compliance refreshers, and our teams are now requesting bespoke soft skills content using the AI or Transformer options - bespoke content in less than 5 minutes, catering to a specific goal!

There's nothing I greatly dislike about 7Taps. I'd like have the option to scroll/navigate a video so I can skip to a bit, or speed options, but this is blue sky thinking. You could also highlight text as well as make it bold, so I'd like that option too. Again, not a necessity, but nice to have.

It was incredibly easy to learn how to use. Our sales representative was helpful and was willing to work with us to give us a demonstration of the platform. The transformer feature and the AI builder feature work very well and produce content for me quickly, and they don't require much fine tuning after they produce. The preview feature was really helpful in visualizing what it would look like to a learner. It also exports very easily to a format that I was able to load into our LMS! I went from using it every once in a while to every time someone presented me with a learning opportunity, thinking about how I could roll that out using 7TAPS! Very easy to deploy and implement! Up to this moment I cannot identify something that I dislike. However, I can say I would like to see that all plans should provide you with the ability to add your learners that would be separate from an enterprise version. I am a Certified Coach and I would love to use to use the tool with my clients and provide them with an LMS like version of thier learning options as pert of their coaching journey. Our staff are beginning to look at it for professional learning and as a way to reduce cognitive load. By having the ability to send the links to training to personal devices, staff are less likely to feel pressured into 'over-working' as the are steering clear of their work device, thus work email, documents etc. It is easy to use and develop content on and is vastly improving efficiences with regards to preparing and delivering regular training.
