My first impression of the platform-WOW! It is amazing! It is great combination of simplicity and functionality! I really like and want to use it in my work.

Why did I think so?

1 Easy and quick way to create microlearnings, user-friendly interface

2 Great features for creation courses with practise-oriented approach (role play, quizzes, submit audio, image or text answer from learners)

3 Idea to have card format of courses, like scrolling social media feeds

4 Different formats of information (video with AI person, audio, text)

5 Opportunity to make fun corses by library of gifs and images, that makes very interactive content

6 Really a lot of ways of sharing (by link, QR, email, SCORM, SMS, WhatsApp and even integration with Slack and MTeams). But I very like the way of sharing by link, because it is very simple and convenient

7 Statistics - I have not use it, because we use our internal LMS, but I know it has very detailed information about completion of courses

8 Last but not least - AI partner, who develops courses regarding your learning goal, needs and the current level of knowledge

And I would like to emphasises the work of my 7Taps colleagues. I have not seen ever such partnership approach. 7Taps is not only great platform, it is also opportunity to get consultation any time about content, creation of microlearning, what type activity is more optimal in different cases. It is regular microlearning conferences, webinars, where people from different companies share their experiences and so on.

I don’t see any things, that I can dislike

So I just can suggest some ideas:

1 Create an app, where user can see all microlearnings, that were assigned to him

2 More AI characters, languages

3 Branching depending on the answer in a quiz

Creating high quality learning content extremely easy to navigate, uncomplicated, and useful for so many things. Customer support is always there to help if I have questions or am attempting something new. The sharing feature allows both our internal and external stakeholders to benefit from training. 7taps is our companies most useful tool for the advancement of learning objectives and upskilling at all skill levels. The Pro liscence is definately the way to go, but it can be cost-prohibitive for those just getting started.

Pro-Tip:Rapidly delploy several learning objectives in the first month to build a proof of concept. Once your team has experianced how easy it is to create and distribute content to your learners the objectives to adoption will largely be overcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to review each other's work without a review feature. Also we have run up against the 50 card limit a time or two. We know microlearning is supposed to be short, but we have some complicated processes we need to explain and would like the ability to go beyond the 50 card limit. 7Taps is obviously known for its ability to rapdily author microlearning interactions, but I've found the less publicized features equally as impressive. We've used the platform to push out promotional videos, announcements, links to policies, etc. The ability to send and track links to courses through SMS is a feature most LMS's don't even offer. It's easy & intuitive to use. It's truly micro-learning. I love the scenarios that I can create & AI elements. It makes it SO interesting to use & engage with.

The customer support promptness and friendliness. The idea of microlearning is really the bridge between marketing content and indepth educational one, attracting learners into topics that would really help their day to day. The CRM embedded features is such a life saver! I love the impact we did with this tool, as in making learning more accessible to marginalized communities and how it is super easy to use, and fast/easy to deploy. What I like most about 7taps is that the platform helps create a high-quality course. In addition to being very easy to use with an intuitive interface, it allows you to create a course very quickly—I’ve tried making my own courses, and it really doesn’t take much time. Moreover, the platform is equipped with tools that further simplify and speed up the process. For example, there are features like hints about how much text fits on a slide or AI that can generate audio or even video for your course.
