7taps is able to target current audiences by making sure that microlearning courses fit into the resolution of smartphones. It allows you to create bits and pieces of information that people can digest in a snap. It also gives you options to customize the looks of the mini-courses you create. It's microlearning features only target smartphones due to its resolution. There is no way for you to change the resolution to fit a desktop or tablet. While there are options to customize the mini-courses, the options that you have are very limited. Aesthetically, 7taps is a good choice. But from a business-perspective, it's not necessarily a bang for one's buck. If you really intend to deliver self-paced, mini- courses, look for a different LMS. 7taps is only good for those who just intend to publish 2-5-minute pieces of information. 7taps is indeed a mobile-first platform. However, the content is well displayed and perceived on any other screen or device. The card format ensures that learner’s attention is strictly focused on a short piece of content right in the center of their screen, while other areas are intentionally blacked out.
We don’t want to remind learners of a PowerPoint-style experience, while it’s almost inevitable when designing content in a desktop aspect ratio. 7taps format is intentionally different to ensure quick and effortless learning.

I have evaluated many platforms for mircrolearning. All of them seems to be complicated and it takes timeto start getting a training content up. & taps is versatile with number of features, easy to implement and creates boundary check to create a true microlearning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

7Taps is aesthetically pleasing, easy to develop, and integrates well with our internal tools. Multiple departments use 7Taps internally to support documentation or create microlearning training content. I like the ability to build learner interaction with polls, forms, branching, and links. The basic features will create great-looking training content, but there are ways to customize the look and function of the courses by creating content externally and importing it into 7Taps as videos, gifs, and custom images. Many features and updates are released regularly. Right now they have Slack integration built into the sharing options- I hope Teams becomes available soon! I wish there were more options for manipulating images and text on the cards. I'd like to be able to change the size and placement. Currently, you can toggle headings and body text on or off but cannot move them around freely or change the font size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's tricky to say. It does have some limits to functionality, but that's part of it's appeal (i.e. the ease to use).
And as the team are so responsive to feedback, there are regular updates and adds.
I guess the only thing is that I wish there were different price points. As a very small business, the Enterprise plan is way out of reach, and the Pro plan doesn't have as much as it could (i.e. email learning journeys) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because I speak and teach microlearning concepts and design principles, it's super easy (and intuitive) to pop into 7taps and demonstrate how to maximize the design principles through the product. I enjoy being able to show a card that lacks synthesis of principles and then displaying on the next card how to augment the initial effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's more about the organization of the dashboard for me. Project folders are now available, but I still want more from the organizational standpoint. However, I am super, if not a hyper organizer, so it's probably enough for most folks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
