The reporting is robust and gives us the data we need to make informed decisions, and the product is easy to implement and integrate into our current LMS and training libraries. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** The biggest challenge is not being able to replicate our company's organizational structure within the platform. To be fully effective, we need to be able to organize and view our learners by department, team, etc. Being able to give leaders view access to reports and stats would be similarly beneficial. I do also wish there were more integrated guides and templates to help with creating microlearnings for certain purposes (update to an existing process, skill development, new product or system, etc.) using learning best practices. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7taps Microlearning really helps us engage with our learners and deliver remedial and upskill training to tenured employees. In the past, we've had difficulty creating trainings that could deliver focused content in the narrow timeframes existing employees have available for continued learning. The module is really easy to use, and one of the best things is being able to export it into a SCORM file for upload to our LMS. If any changes are needed, I can make them online and it automatically updates in the LMS without having to re-export or re-upload the SCORM file. I also appreciate the analytics feature, as pulling data is quick and painless. The initial setup was super easy too. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** If I create a module and want it to focus on something else instead of what AI generated there's no way to tweak it. I have to create a whole new module including answering the questions. I wish I could change the prompts within the module to adjust the content better. I also wish there was a way to show images better on the cards. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find 7taps Microlearning creates interactive material, making modules shorter and easier to use. It's SO easy to create content that actually sticks. I was able to create an entire 4 lesson course in less than 15 minutes that I know will help my students learn better than hours of lectures. I also appreciate how quickly I can put something together and still make it look polished. The engagement polls, quizzes and ability for students to upload pictures, or record feedback is amazing, and so are the video capabilities. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** I would like to have more flexibility in designing. The templates they offer are really great, I'm just a little extra with my designs. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the best thing that 7Taps is able to help with is offering our exceptionally busy allied healthcare students the opportunity to really learn topics. It's not just about memorization. The short, bite sized lessons offer engagement and students can pay attention and really absorb each lesson as they are short and concise. It's also easy to share with others. All of the case studies and educational material about microlearning also helps persuade others. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** The price. I wish there were more customizable features, like ways to manipulate images and the layout of each card. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work with a lot of healthcare clients and microlearning works well in that context because there's a lot of training that happens and people are busy and can't stop what they're doing to click through a training module. ### 5. Building in the tool is very simple and this allows for rapid prototyping. Additionally, the structure they have built forces you to build better training. I'm able to get content built and tested within a day and the content is infinitely scalable and allows me to meet users where they are. Customer support through their Intercom chat interface has been quick, effective and friendly. It is easy to integrate 7Taps into our learning management system, but in more cases, I find that texting a link, inputting a user's phone number, or sharing a QR code gets the course out fast. I find myself building or editing in 7Taps on a daily basis which is testament to the friendly and slick User Interface. I was able to start building in 7Taps from day 1 with little training (and I'm not technical), so it's been really easy to implement. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** So far, I haven't found anything major. For some things, I've just had to learn how the system is built. For most speed bumps, I've found a workaround. In a few cases, I wish something was "different" but this hasn't proved a barrier to my users. For example, in 7Taps, some users wanted to swipe right to progress in a course, but the interface is built around tapping. I thought this would be a barrier, but with user testing, people have figured this out very quickly. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7Taps is helping my teams learn in new and friendly ways (not just watching some pre-recorded slide-based video). 7Taps is bringing joy to learning and it's proving really easy to access. ### 7. Also, the courses tend to be a bit too long and peter out.
