The reporting is robust and gives us the data we need to make informed decisions, and the product is easy to implement and integrate into our current LMS and training libraries. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** The biggest challenge is not being able to replicate our company's organizational structure within the platform. To be fully effective, we need to be able to organize and view our learners by department, team, etc. Being able to give leaders view access to reports and stats would be similarly beneficial. I do also wish there were more integrated guides and templates to help with creating microlearnings for certain purposes (update to an existing process, skill development, new product or system, etc.) using learning best practices. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7taps Microlearning really helps us engage with our learners and deliver remedial and upskill training to tenured employees. In the past, we've had difficulty creating trainings that could deliver focused content in the narrow timeframes existing employees have available for continued learning. The module is really easy to use, and one of the best things is being able to export it into a SCORM file for upload to our LMS. If any changes are needed, I can make them online and it automatically updates in the LMS without having to re-export or re-upload the SCORM file. I also appreciate the analytics feature, as pulling data is quick and painless. The initial setup was super easy too. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** If I create a module and want it to focus on something else instead of what AI generated there's no way to tweak it. I have to create a whole new module including answering the questions. I wish I could change the prompts within the module to adjust the content better. I also wish there was a way to show images better on the cards. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find 7taps Microlearning creates interactive material, making modules shorter and easier to use. The platform takes complex topics and delivers them in bite-sized, interactive lessons that are easy to understand and retain. It’s mobile-friendly and intuitive, which makes training feel less like a task and more like a natural part of the day. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** Lack of features offered within the platform. There are ways around this by using other platforms, ut it would be nice to have all within the platform. Another item - would be the reporting. Three different ways to export reporting, but no way to export all at the same time **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7taps Microlearning is solving the problem of information overload and low engagement in traditional training. By breaking content into short, interactive lessons, it makes learning more digestible and keeps people’s attention. For me, that means I can quickly grasp and retain important information without losing productivity, and training feels like a seamless part of the workday rather than a disruption. Within our business, getting thousands of employees to complete training was the issue. With Micro learning, we were able to tackle this issue. ### 4. I appreciate the feature of being able to upload a PDF document and create training from it, which makes creating refresher training straightforward. The initial setup was pretty easy, and our customer manager was very helpful in the process. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** The SCORM integration wasn't worth the investment since we can just convert a SCORM into a PDF and create a learning module that way. **What problems is 7taps Microlearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use 7taps Microlearning to create engaging and quick learning modules, providing upskilling opportunities efficiently. For example if I've uploaded it to an LMS in xAPI format and also embedded it as an iframe in another training, I can edit the original course, and the updates would automatically sync with the LMS and the iframe. **What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?** I wish you could create learning paths without having to assign them.
