My favorite part about 7shifts is having scheduling and time clock in one place. You can decide parameters with which time clock is automatically approved or not. This makes payroll go so much quicker. There are also helpful reports, such as Variance Report to see why employee's time clocks may be off from schedule. There are many features on the scheduling side that are helpful: desired hours tracker, total hours/labor projection per day, availability issue notifications, time off requests easily noticeable. I like 7shifts because it is very convenient and useful. It lets me know my shifts for the week. I’m also able to give up my shift to everyone or someone specifically if I want my shift covered.
