What do you like best about 7shifts?

Easy to use and the futures, I like the fact that with app all my employees can communicate easy, also having notifications about availibity change or requested days off is a plus, no longer have to write it down and losing importan information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

I do enjoy the ability to message all staff working on the day and being able to use the task function to make sure everyone is doing their proper tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

The schedule print out is very confusing. Especially if you have someone doing multiple roles i.e. there a Bartender/server so they appear in weird field sometimes and it's not as in to Dave as a general excel calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

I wanted to like this software. It had all the features I was looking for and a very friendly user interface. No contract and they set me up with the first month free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

However, once I was signed up there was ZERO support in getting integrated. I tried to sign up for the newly launced Payroll option right away as I was opening my business. The only way to do so was to schedule a demo. She was on vaccation and the first availble opportunity to add payroll was almost 2 weeks out. I ended up cancleing this service within the month. Beware, that you need to schedule a "meeting" with someone and cannot just cancle your account online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
