The person conducting the training was amazing, which made a big difference. I've found the customization features particularly helpful because they include important details like my labor and sales numbers at the bottom, which aids in making more informed decisions. Although I switched from another vendor, the experience with 7shifts has been positive, and I definitely see the benefits. Simple tasks I once used are now pay locked. It was super easy to add new employees, remove old ones, and connect the employees to set up their accounts and access their schedule. It was also easy to implement and we used 7shifts for 11 restaurant locations. Their support was great as well and I did not have any issues trying to get things fixed. Printing out schedules was also easy and looked aesthetic. **What do you dislike about 7shifts?** I think the biggest thing was that I couldn't bulk delete inactive employees when I had used it back in 2023. However if that has been resolved, everything else was great. I had no problem managing the employees and the schedule. The only thing was the constant system updates and downtime that 7shifts would have happened in the middle of the day. Also, the integration with Toast at that time was still wonky. I'm not sure how it is now but hopefully that's been improved. **What problems is 7shifts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to schedule my employees easily and have them setup their accounts was the best - they could easily access their schedule and see any updates from management. ### 6. It's a super convenient way to trade shifts without sending a bunch of messages or relying on the manager to find a replacement for you. It's also nice that you can see everyone/the whole schedule. **What do you dislike about 7shifts?** 7 shifts only seems to be good for that one thing - scheduling and offering up shifts. It's a little annoying that we have to download two apps (slack and 7 shifts) to communicate and schedule. It would be amazing if they were combined into one. It's not so easy to use. The app also gives you the option to only offer a shift to only one person or a few people which eased shift switches. The broad calendar overview gives a clear picture of who you would be working with and when. This also helps determine who can potentially take a shift from you. Overall, 7shifts provides a lot of functionality while remaining simple and straightforward. **What do you dislike about 7shifts?** There are a few minor discrepancies between the mobile app and the website. For one, sometimes schedules presented on the mobile calendar and the web calendar would be different with one not representing shift changes that took place. Releasing a shift to specific people on the website could also be somewhat more confusing than doing so on the mobile app. On the website, the option to fully release a shift is automatically highlighted offering no indication that you need to click the button again to offer the shift to specific people. **What problems is 7shifts solving and how is that benefiting you?** It removes a lot of the miscommunication associated with moving shifts around between employees allows for rapid changes in scheduling. ### 32.
