I like that 7pace works directly inside Azure DevOps, so I don’t have to switch between tools just to track time. Logging time against work items is simple, and once the team gets used to it, it becomes part of the normal workflow. The reporting is useful for understanding effort at sprint and project level, which helps with planning. I can also implement my third party software within it, and it's customer support it also best, and I am using this software for last one year. The best problem it solved is about time tracking, it is easy to use, so each teammate can easily track time without any extra efforts, there is less pushback from team and better consistency in time entries, so this is the main problem it is solving. The time tracking tool integrated inside Azure DevOps is the best way and easiest, helps in recording the time utilised over the whole team and especially distinguished using the work item function is a great way to filter down the time based on ongoing projects. The fact that it's only available for Azure DevOps and available in GitGub doesn't really give it a huge client base. Basically, in the current market scenario not a lot of time is getting spent on development it's more towards AI prompts and more companies are focusing on people who work in administrative roles, managing others and having a tool which cab help a whole organisation manage time with capabilities like 7pace but with a larger application other than Azure DevOps would be great. We use the 7pace extension to record our time spent on development and also we lay a lot of focus on how much time a user has spent on resolving errors. The best pasrt about the tool or what i personallu fohnd very helpful was an extremely easy integration with Azure DevOps. It helped all the theams using Azure DevOps as they didnt have to use multiple tools and hence made project management and time tracking much easier and smooth.
