The main issues at implementation time were linked to the Online Business and usage of express carrier services: - How could we be sure that all SLAs were respected and, if not, that all claims were logged in? - How could we make sure to have the most cost-effective option and, at the same time, deliver as fast as possible to the end customer? - How could we implement "direct-from-store" shipments for the ECommerce, removing "guess-work" from store employees? - How could we ship "export" from the stores (resolving the issue of generating export documents)?
