SurveyLab is a professional survey tool. It has all the required features for conducting great quality research and even more. That's why it is so flexible and is being used by many companies and individuals for different purposes: Customer Experience, NPS, Market Research, HR, 360 Feedback, UX, website intercept, knowledge tests, and more. Surveys may be created in any language, including right-to-left written languages. Our distinguishing feature is providing dedicated customer support and on-demand development for our clients. **What do you like best about SurveyLab?**

SurveyLab makes survey creation extremely simple and flexible. I like how easy it is to design custom surveys with different question formats, and the clean dashboard gives a quick snapshot of responses. The integrations with other tools also help us push data directly into our workflow without extra steps.

**What do you dislike about SurveyLab?**

The reporting section, while useful, could offer more customization. Sometimes I want to drill deeper into specific data points, but the filters are a bit limited. Also, a mobile app for on-the-go survey monitoring would be a great addition.

**What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use Survey Labs for customer feedback and employee engagement surveys. It helps us capture responses quickly, analyze them with ease, and act on insights faster. The platform has improved how we understand customer needs, reduced manual effort in reporting, and supported better decision-making across teams.

The platform is reliable, and their support team is always quick to respond. Knowing that I can count on both the tool and the team gives me confidence in using SurveyLab regularly.

wish there were more built-in templates for specific industries. It would save time when creating surveys for niche use cases.

SurveyLab solves the problem of manually managing surveys and analyzing responses. Its analytics features turn raw data into actionable insights, helping us make informed business decisions faster.
