It provides a wide range of customizable question types and templates, which makes it straightforward to put together professional-looking surveys quickly. On top of that, the analytics and reporting tools are strong and help me get clear insights from the responses, which is especially useful for research and decision-making. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** One thing I dislike about SurveyLab is that some of the more advanced features and customization options are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can feel restrictive if you’re on a budget. The interface is functional, but it can come across as a bit less intuitive than some competing tools. I don't have to search for different ways customers or potential investors can respond—it just works. The initial setup was very simple, and uploading content and contacts was smooth for the most part. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** The only thing it could pull together a bit more is the 2FA to include biometrics so I don’t have to do the song & dance every time. **What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** SurveyLab solves the hassle of creating forms and uploading directly through the app, making testing marketing product ideas straightforward. ### 3.
