Any time you run into technical barriers where support or triage is needed, there's going to be moments of frustration. In today's world, we expect technology to work without error every single day. Having to wait for a technical issue to be resolved is one of the difficulties I've experienced but can understand and appreciate the troubleshooting process of identifying the root cause and creating preventative measures to avoid similar instances in the future.
