It is difficult to navigate the app as it increases the need, for calls and directions. Their customer service is bad. Its menu options are limited, especially compared to other food delivery apps. The constant flood of messages and notifications for every order along with the requirement to provide feedback for each order is extremely bothersome. It is better if they reduced notifications and stopped bombarding me with alerts. It is criticized for its high delivery fees. The app is buggy and unresponsive and difficult to use.
