5X ingestion is very intuitive user interface, works as expected, incredible support from the 5X team. The setup is easy! We use it for almost all our customers who need a data stack in minutes.

5X is built with the objective of making data simple, and they have been successfully doing so for us. We leverage 5X as a one stop solution for all our data needs. Their platform is clean and super easy to use, helping us manage all data related tasks from a single pane instead of toggling between multiple tools.

As a new startup, we needed to setup a data platform from scratch. We had no prior data for the new platform we were launching and no inhouse data analysts to help us build. 5X was walked us through the process, dispelling myths and misunderstandings we had about our data needs and the daunting process ahead of us. Key things that 5X helped us with:

1. Understanding the data pyramid of needs and wants. And showing us where we were and the needs that companies at our stage need.

2. Relieved concerns about creating a solution to meet our needs within a realistic timeframe.

3. Delivered on implementation, with all the proper hand holding to ensure we stayed on track.

4. Excellent communication whenever we had questions, especially with data vendor integrations

We were an early client for 5X, and we were not able to use their new offerings today. Managing and adding additional ETL work would have been even more straightforward if we could access their new integrated IDE.

Their consultancy team has been super helpful delivering a migration from Bigquery to Snowflake. Methods they employed ensured a smooth migration which had no impact on reports and business users during the project. Good communication and an extension to our data team.

They offer quite a unique service that allowed our organistion to become more stream-lined, performant and measurable without having to hire an internal team.
