This hotel management software is appropriate for check-ins, payments, and billings. Plus you can get visitor feedback also from it. Sometimes the reservations are not in sync with the system and it becomes hard to track them. Would've appreciated better technical support. Otherwise, the software is not very hard to operate. The web availability function is very good. Along with the reports, that includes payments, tourist tax, and outstanding. You can manage reservations, prices easily! As soon as we have an internet connexion (even a 3G), we just need to log in to access the interface to start working. We gain a huge amount of time with it. This is a good product with an efficient CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage the bookings and the queries of our clients. If you want to optimize the bookings of your properties with a good support team that will take you step by step on how to use this software, then this is the product for you. I cloud, flexible system, very good customer service." 5/5 What do you like best about 5stelle\*? Easy to learn by yourself without the help of someone. It is enough to know just a base of PC use. It works very well with simply ads or mobile internet,but prefer have faster internet connection.I would suggest to create such a platform where where users could put together and discuss some news ideas. I have more time to do other operation for our business. I can keep under control reservations even from my home or other country, when I am in trip. Even for our guests: check in is faster, to do a bill is easier and faster. Many operations become automatic. What my team doesn't really like is that cancelled reservations can't be tracked, since they vanish from our system, sometimes we encounter difficulties in terms of understanding the room category we would have to work with. The thing that I find the most helpful, the most that I like about the software it is just not the fact that it accomplish my expectations regarding the interface but also how practical it is. What do you dislike about 5stelle\*? Mobile touch tools needs lot of improvement, first of all its not intuitive. it doesn't help the inter departmental communication as per their claim.
