Plus you can use it for feedback too. **What do you dislike about 5stelle*?** Sometimes the reservations don't appear in the system, and you need to spend some time searching for them. The support is good but not the best, and there should be documentation to assist us. **What problems is 5stelle* solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hotel management ### 2. Along with the reports, that includes payments, tourist tax, and outstanding. You can manage reservations, prices easily! **What do you dislike about 5stelle*?** Cancelled reservations cannot be traced which makes it difficult to track, plus they dissapear from the system quite often. **What problems is 5stelle* solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has created hotel reservations very use for us. The effectiveness of user interface for loyalty program can be monderzied. User friendly interface. 2.) The customer support service of the software is very good. 3.)It allows you to connect to several OTAs and our booking engine simultaneously. 4.) It provides all relevant features and functions in reasonable price. **What do you dislike about 5stelle*?** Few things that can be improved in the software is 1.) Its hard trace reservations that got cancelled as they disappear from the system. 2.) The booking engine needs to be improve. **What problems is 5stelle* solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me a lot by automating most my tasks. It provides me control over reservations, saves my time and helps in managing all the records. By this I am also able to trace the cancellation rates and reservation rates. ### 5. One is a very small hotel and the other big hotel. Beauty of this PMS is that it works really well with small, med and big properties.It has got everything covered. **What do you dislike about 5stelle*?** Online sales management is little tricky to use. Although it says that there are no possibilities of overbooking but there are some instances in past with my properties. This needs to be fixed ASAP **What problems is 5stelle* solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing both the properties and that too remotely and with help of the mobile app it really helps me for administrative management also apart from client management and all other stuff. ### 6.
