The interface is user-friendly, and they are constantly adding functionalities - I love their search bar, which can also find tags and the fact that content is grouped by skills related to my job function. I find it helpful to have educational content divided into micro-lessons because reviewing the parts I bookmarked/liked is easier. It probably also helps from a psychological point of view to know that I do not need to commit beforehand to a long session when I might not have much time to spare. That said, I appreciate they also took care to add some longer courses on the desktop/browser version because, for some topics, it might be a useful option.
