The exposure is just a way to say that you are the product, meaning you could sell yourself alone anyways. Also, if people indexes their work incorrectly the search engine just becomes a little useless. There should be a way to request changes on the tags. With all of the features (especially camera app for iPhone) it is a great app for photo posting and editing. I wish it had connection to instagram and facebook, to make it work smoothly. Nice integration with IFTTT, but I don't think that's enough. It is great once you have built a hub of great photographers to follow as then you get to see a lot of content. I have also started to upload my own photos which is great. However I think i need more content. At my company we host events, and we have also used 500px to get an image as our background image which is quite cool too. **What do you dislike about 500px?** Honestly as an inspiration site, 500px is incredible I use a few others which i think are better as the upload more diverse artwork, however as 500px is only for photography you can't hold it against them. As a photographer, uploading work isn't as great, as I feel you have to sell yourself to be seen, and it would be cool to get found randomly and become appreciated. **Recommendations to others considering 500px:** Just take some time to discover some photographers that can inspire you to upload your own photos.
