4Parents is management software for nurseries, childcare clubs and preschools, used by more than 1,500 facilities in Poland (2026), including 81 municipal nurseries in Warsaw and the municipal nursery networks of Gdansk, Poznan, Katowice, Kielce, Bydgoszcz, Bialystok and Szczecin. The billing module calculates monthly childcare and meal fees from attendance, discounts and reported absences, accepts BLIK and instant bank transfer payments, imports MT940 bank statements and exports data to accounting software. The parent app (iOS and Android; Polish, English, German, Bulgarian and Ukrainian) combines messaging, announcements, photo galleries, menus with allergens, surveys and absence reporting. 4Parents also includes an electronic class register, tablet check-in and check-out, PDF and Excel reports, a dashboard for municipalities and multi-site operators, and online admissions with summer duty enrolment.
