## Prisma Reviews
  ### 1. Essential for Campaign Billing, But Support Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GAURAV K. | Junior customer experience , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Handling the billing of my current organization, Prisma or Mediaocean has been my go-to tool. A platform where we update all our Digital, Print or TV/Radio campaigns, their allotted budget along with the campaign's timeline. We actualize the campaigns spend data and also attach the invoice to the campaigns to reconcile it. All this data helps us manage our year long allotted budget and how much we have spent. This data can be accessed by all the team members who have access to the tool to save time.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The only thing to dislike with prisma is the customer support takes almost 24 hrs. to get a response. We need to quicker response and more customer-friendly support method.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma has been saving us a lot of time. With the data consolidated at a single place it is to manage and report. Also, the with Prisma, it has been easy for to reconcile the invoice and send it to the finance team to clear it for each month. This helps us clear the invoices correctly and smoothly.

  ### 2. Prisma: Essential Tool for Streamlined Campaign Budget Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurav K. | Senior Analyst - Paid Social, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma has been one of the best tool in my 6+ years of Digital Marketing career. Prisma, also known as MediaOcean is one place where we are able to maintain and track all the planned and spend budgets for all the campaigns which we run with different vendors throughout the year.

Prisma has a very organized User Interface which has helped us reduce our manual work. The Prisma team always provides live platform training, so we use the tool best way.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The only thing I dislike about this tool is that sometimes it takes a lot of time for changes to reflect in the system to the other team members.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using Prisma for 2 years now. It has saved me lot of time as it has all the data inputs like planned to spend amount. We upload all the invoices at one place for all the vendors for reconciliation.

In simple words we can say that with Prisma everything is centralized: Planning, Buying, and Reporting. This brings accuracy and saves time.

  ### 3. Comprehensive and Intuitive All-in-One Solution for Buyers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishv T. | Assistant Buyer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

It is an all-in-one integrated solution for Buyers (since I'm on the buying side). Starting from RFPs to Trafficking and analyzing reports. It's very intuitive and can pretty much integrate with all the external tools we use on a D2D basis.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

There aren't any downsides as such that falls under my scope of work. However, I've seen people struggling with authorizations or trafficking. But I believe that may be because of a little lack of training, and given the vast scope of the software it takes time to get familiarize with all the tools. That being said, I love the new AI assistant Moe. He's amazing! ;)

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major problem/ cluster it's solving is untagling all the buys and keeping it all neat and clean on our finger tips. Given workflows of a large agency, it can be messy to keep a track of everything/ keep everything neat. However, Prisma does that for us.

  ### 4. Intuitive Design and Helpful Error Flags, but Occasional Performance Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric Q. | Senior Investment Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

What I appreciate most about Prisma is its intuitive design. The format and dashboard's are all very simple to navigate and everything is laid out very clearly. I especially like how when working in it, when you make an error or something is incorrect Prisma will flag the errors to you to make it simple to catch mistakes and see what lines you are updating. Tis can be especially helpful when working with a lot of lines of data.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

My only complaints with prisma is just the performance sometimes. Particularly when entering data or text, the inputs I'm entering won't populate as quickly as I'm typing them in resulting in typos and incorrect inputs. This mostly comes up when I'm using the quick search function.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma has made a big difference in how I manage media campaigns by taking a lot of the manual, time-consuming work off my plate. Before using Prisma, I was constantly switching between platforms, managing spreadsheets, and trying to piece together data from different channels like digital, TV, social, and print—which often led to delays and confusion. Now, with everything centralized in one system, I can plan, negotiate, execute, and track campaigns all in one place. It’s streamlined my workflow and made it so much easier to stay on top of campaign performance. The AI-driven optimization and cross-channel reporting tools have also helped me make smarter decisions with media spend, and I feel more confident that my campaigns are actually delivering results. Overall, Prisma has helped me work faster, more efficiently, and with a lot more clarity.

  ### 6. Tools for organization in campaign management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANDREA N. | Sr. Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that I can go in and understand where a campaign stand and that multiple people can be working on a campaign together. The organization is very clear, and the different views help different parties find what they are looking for without being overwhelmed with irrelevant information. I use it daily for work.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I don't like that you can't tell when someone else is working on a campaign so that if two parties are making changes at the same time, they won't know. Until changes are submitted there is no clear way to tell. I also don't like how when line items on estimates are added after the initial build it has been proven to be difficult to have it show up together instead of separately. I also find it frustrating how sometimes you will be looking at a month and then the numbers look off, and you have to click out and click back in to make sure the correct numbers for that month are shown. So, the bugginess is also a rather frustrating factor when utilizing Prisma.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign management and budget management.

  ### 7. Streamlined Media Operations platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanchay N. | AV Buyer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Streamlined media buying workflow helps reduce manual work, improves accuracy and speeds up the tracking. It is very helpful in managing multiple AV campaigns across the markets.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I am not particularly a fan of user interface and navigation. It feels outdated and slow which often leads to lags and slows down the work ultimately. While it doesn't happen a lot, we'd love for it to be upgraded.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Prisma is solving is the challenge of fragmented operations. It brings everything together, from planning, buying to financial reconciliations and vouching. In the past we have juggled between manual spreadsheets and shared folders which often led to errors and issues with execution. As an agency user, it helps me manage my campaigns more efficiently and I can keep a much better track of my campaigns. It has worked with managing bookings with the suppliers more effectively and with financial accuracy.

  ### 8. Helpful tool for managing campaign and placement information

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordi A. | Supervisor, Data Stewardship , Agency Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

As a Data Steward at Starcom, I find Prisma very helpful for accessing campaign information and tracking placement numbers and names. Having a centralized dashboard makes it much easier to pull details for all campaigns across partners, which saves a lot of manual effort. It’s reliable, and the ability to view everything in one place improves accuracy and efficiency in my day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

At times, the platform can feel a bit slow when pulling large amounts of campaign data. Some of the navigation and search features could also be more intuitive, especially when managing multiple campaigns at once. Adding more flexibility in reporting and customization of dashboards would make it even more powerful for stewardship tasks.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use a live dashboard in Prisma that allows me to download data at any time, giving me access to campaign and placement information for all the partners with whom we are running paid media.

  ### 9. Great tool for managing media buys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Forrest M. | Assistant Media PLanner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

What stands out most about Prisma is its exceptional organization. As a tool that is integral to my day-to-day agency processes, having a well-structured platform makes my job significantly easier and more efficient. The logical layout and clear interface mean less time searching and more time executing.

I'm also very impressed with their commitment to user education. Prisma consistently provides live training sessions whenever they roll out new updates. This proactive approach ensures that our team is always up-to-speed with the latest features and can leverage the platform to its full potential without any downtime. It's a testament to their dedication to their user base.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

My main area for improvement would be the platform's integration capabilities. It would be incredibly beneficial to see Prisma integrate more seamlessly with other media platforms we use. This would help streamline our workflow even further and reduce the need for manual data transfers between systems.

Additionally, I've noticed the platform can be a bit slow at times, particularly when deleting multiple placements. The process can be cumbersome, and I wish it were smoother and faster. An enhancement to the performance in this area would be a welcome improvement.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma is solving two main problems for me. First, it addresses the challenge of disorganization in our daily media planning and buying tasks. By providing a highly organized and well-structured platform, it makes my workflow much more efficient and allows me to execute tasks more quickly.

Second, it solves the problem of keeping up with software updates. Their commitment to live training for new features means our team can adopt changes seamlessly, ensuring we are always using the platform effectively. This saves us time and prevents the disruption that can come with learning new tool functionalities.

  ### 10. Prisma Review: Pros and Cons

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria P. | Assistant Media Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like how I can build reports to my liking, be in media retail view as well as switch to finance for any pulls that I need. I also like how I can create custom layouts to view my campaigns IO's.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

What I like least about prisma is that sometimes it crashes. Leaving us many times without being able to proceed. I also don't like how sometimes it doesn't allow me to do certain things (like duplicate a line to then change it to be different that has a fee reconciled). Also, for an IO to pull into ignitia sometimes it takes a full 24 hours. We tend to need to be able to have a faster turnaround.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of being able to quickly retrieve information via the reporting tab. Instead of manually having to do everything the reporting tab allows us to get any information we want from our campaigns and quickly filter everything out.

  ### 11. Great Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keller C. | Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma makes it incredibly simple to place buys, keep an eye on spending, track changes, and manage all aspects of buying and monitoring our campaigns. The notifications alerting us to changes or missing items are especially helpful, ensuring that we never miss important deadlines. The number of features is also such a positive - I am constantly learning new things that make using this product easier and easier.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The main drawback I’ve found with Prisma is how it randomly allocates funds when I manually enter budgets. Occasionally, the platform will take a budget I’ve input for one month and shift the amount to a different month, which can create problems if I don’t notice it right away.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primsa allows me to keep everything organized in a single location, regardless of the type of campaign I'm managing or which vendors I'm working with for a particular tactic.

  ### 12. Prisma Makes Database Management Simple and Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** katie m. | Paid Social Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I really like Prisma because it's super easy to learn and use. It helps keep all your data organized, which is great for tracking things like budgets and project details without getting confused. It just makes working with databases much simpler and more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

However, if I were to identify some areas for improvement, I've noticed that Prisma occasionally encounters unexpected bugs, which can be disruptive. There are also times when its performance feels a bit slow for certain operations. Furthermore, despite its modern approach, some aspects, particularly when needing to bypass its abstraction for very specific or complex queries, can feel a little old-fashioned, somewhat breaking the otherwise streamlined experience.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

risma removes the friction from database interactions, allowing us to focus more on the strategic aspects of building and managing effective social media campaigns, rather than getting bogged down in data plumbing.

  ### 13. Easy Deal Creation and Helpful Support for Occasional Users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monte Z. | Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that prisma allows me to create IOs for deals simply and easily. I am not a member of the investment team, but have to use the platform occasionally. The learning curve has not been too steep, it is relatively inutitive and there are great learning materials from the company for this purpose. The Customer Support team has been helpful with any access issues, and the platform has been easy to implement into our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

As a casual user, who only occasionally needs to access prisma 1-2x a month, the process of creating a new campaign is not always the most straightforward, as I have to enter details in the details tab before bulding out, but am not explicitly directed to do so. I also would like more options for sponsorship, as we have had to be creative with how that integrates with our Taxonomy generator.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool assists us in generating insertion orders, making the process more straightforward.

  ### 14. great exp

Operations‑based Pricing
Instead of charging for compute, CPU, memory, bandwidth etc., Prisma bills per operation (create, read, update, delete) via the Prisma ORM client.
Prisma
+2
Prisma
+2
→ This often means more predictability. You're billed for what your app actually does, not for infrastructure you don’t use. It simplifies understanding cost relative to usage.
Prisma
Free Tier & Generous Inclusions
There’s a free plan with usable quota (e.g. 100,000 operations, some storage, several databases) so you can prototype, build smaller apps, test without cost.
Prisma
+1
This lowers the barrier to entry. Good for experimentation or early‑stage products.
Spend Limits / Alerts
Prisma offers the ability to set spend limits so you don’t accidentally go over budget. You get alerts (e.g. when you hit 75% of your limit), and actions like pausing if you hit 100%.
Prisma
+1
→ This type of control is very helpful also in production to avoid surprise bills.
Prorated Billing / Flexible Plans
If you change your plan mid‑period, the pricing is prorated. If you upgrade or downgrade, you’re only charged for the portion of time you were on a particular plan.
Prisma
+1
→ Also the plans have tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) so you can scale up as needed.
Prisma
Transparent Model & Simplicity
Because cost drivers are fairly simple (number of operations + storage) and there are no hidden complexity in compute/memory/time‑of‑day etc., it’s easier to reason about forecasts, cost per feature, etc.
Prisma
→ And documentation is fairly explicit about what counts as an operation, what’s included, etc.

Prisma’s abstraction layer can make certain complex or deeply nested queries slower compared to raw SQL or other ORMs like TypeORM or Sequelize.

  ### 15. Prisma Streamlines Workflow and Centralizes Campaign Management

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I truly value how Prisma streamlines my workflow. Rather than switching between various spreadsheets and tools, I’m able to handle IOs, pacing, and billing all within a single platform. This results in a much more organized process for monitoring budgets across different campaigns, saving me considerable time and making it easier to keep everything in order.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

While Prisma is quite useful for organizing campaigns and maintaining clear budgets, I find it somewhat cumbersome to navigate and not very flexible when quick changes are needed. The platform is also fairly manual, requiring extra attention to data entry and budget verification to prevent mistakes. To address this, I’ve developed my own internal quality control steps, which have been very helpful. Still, increased automation would be a significant improvement.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma addresses the challenge of managing budgets and billing across multiple platforms. Previously, it was all too common for important figures to be misplaced in endless email chains or scattered spreadsheets. Now, with Prisma, everything is consolidated—IOs, planned versus actual spend, pacing, and invoice information are all accessible in a single location. This centralization allows me to maintain financial clarity for campaigns, communicate more effectively with the billing team, and wrap up flights on schedule with fewer mistakes.

  ### 16. Advertising Associate Review of Prisma

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

As an associate in advertising, I appreciate how Prisma centralizes a lot of my day-to-day tasks. I use it for media planning, managing ATBs, pushing dollars, and tracking hours — and I like that all of these functions are housed in one platform. It’s efficient and helps keep everything organized across different campaigns and clients. I also find the system fairly reliable for budget tracking and financial reconciliation, which is critical in this role. The multiple sections give it a lot of range, and once you get comfortable with the flow, it becomes a solid tool for campaign management.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

While Prisma is powerful, I think it has a bit of a learning curve — especially for newer users. I’d like to see more built-in learning opportunities or tooltips. For example, if you hover or click on a section, it could briefly explain what it’s for or how to use it. That would make onboarding smoother and help users become more confident and independent more quickly. The interface could also be a little more intuitive in some places — sometimes it feels like you need to know exactly where to go, or else you're stuck. More contextual help and user guidance would go a long way.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma helps solve the problem of keeping media budgets organized and flowing efficiently between teams and clients. I use it to allocate dollars to different investment teams and to route those dollars to clients for approval, so it acts as a central hub for budget management and accountability. It streamlines communication, reduces the risk of errors in financial tracking, and ensures that everyone involved is working from the same source of truth. That’s been a big benefit for me — it saves time, keeps things transparent, and supports smoother collaboration across teams.

  ### 17. Centralized Media Planning and Seamless Collaboration with Mediaocean Prisma

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

One of the things I like best about Mediaocean Prisma is its centralized platform for managing media plans and budgets. It offers clear visibility into campaign performance, facilitates seamless collaboration between teams, and integrates well with agency workflows. The user interface is intuitive once you're familiar with it, and the reporting capabilities help ensure transparency and accountability in media buying.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

While Prisma is a powerful tool, it can sometimes feel unintuitive for new users. Certain workflows, like duplicating or editing media plans, can be more time-consuming than expected. Additionally, system speed and occasional lag during peak usage hours can impact productivity. More streamlined navigation and improved performance would definitely enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma helps centralize and streamline the media buying process by bringing planning, buying, and financial tracking into one platform. It reduces the need for manual tracking across spreadsheets and emails, which helps minimize errors and improves efficiency. By having a single source of truth for campaign data and budget approvals, it makes coordination between teams smoother and enhances overall accountability.

  ### 18. Prisma Streamlines Media Planning, but Has a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Having everything centralized—campaigns, channels, data—makes it so much easier to stay organized and aligned across teams. The omnichannel normalization is a game-changer too; it helps us compare performance across platforms without juggling different formats or metrics. It’s made our media planning and execution way more efficient

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

While Prisma is incredibly helpful for centralizing media workflows, one thing I find challenging is the learning curve when first getting started. The platform has a lot of powerful features, but it can feel a bit overwhelming until you're familiar with the interface and terminology. Also, depending on the organization’s setup, integrating it smoothly with existing systems might require some extra coordination.
That said, once you're past the initial setup, it really does streamline campaign management in a meaningful way.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma helps solve the challenge of fragmented media management across multiple channels. Before using it, coordinating campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast often felt disjointed and time-consuming. With Prisma, everything is centralized—planning, buying, and reporting—which means fewer errors, better visibility, and faster execution.
For me, the biggest benefit is how it streamlines collaboration. Teams can work from the same data set, track progress in real time, and make informed decisions without chasing down updates or juggling spreadsheets. It’s made our workflow smoother and more strategic.

  ### 19. A Powerful Multipurpose Tool for Media Buyers in the Right Hands

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I have used Prisma extensively for both media trafficking as well as a finance tool. While Prisma has been great for both, I've found that using Prisma as a finance tool fills a unique gap in my lineup of media tools. For example, while I am certainly able to create media placements within the platform to traffick, I can also do this with a standard spreadsheet (and, of course, Prisma has the capability for me to then upload this spreadsheet easily); however, Prisma gives me a much more robust view of my campaign spend across campaigns and vendors which is not something I can easily duplicate with other tools. Moreover, I find it far easier to manage templates, issue media orders, and manage them from one centralized location which has been great.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

It's not an intuitive platform by any means. In fact, our agency keeps an on-going user's guide that various members of our team contribute to to address common questions and use cases. One of the largest complaints is when someone makes an edit, the cell on the planning tab or the line in the invoice reconciliation turns red, and the user can't figure out how to resolve. I fully expect Prisma to roll out an AI assistant at some point, but until then, the majority of our agency has to rely on select "power users" to step in to help whenever they encounter an issue.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with Prisma as a Media Buyer at a large digital advertising agency that handles display, video and audio campaigns on behalf of our clients. In this role, I am responsible for everything from uploading the media plan, to trafficking placements, to reconciling finances, so I use Prisma from start to finish for every campaign. The biggest problem that Prisma helps me solve is trafficking the media plans and being able to quickly view these plans from multiple views (traffick, flighting and finance) which is not easily replicated by other tools.

  ### 20. Very Helpful Tool for Managing All Buys in One Place

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidi C. | Media Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma is a very efficient platform that allows us to manage all media buys in one centralized place, which makes tracking and organizing campaigns much easier. The customer support team is always quick to respond and helpful when resolving questions or issues. The interface is also intuitive and well-designed, making it easy to navigate and complete tasks without much training.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The platform can be a bit glitchy at times—especially when making multiple edits quickly or when several team members are updating the same campaign simultaneously. These issues can cause the system to lag or temporarily lock edits, which slows down workflow during busy periods.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma helps streamline and centralize the entire media buying process, reducing the need to manage multiple spreadsheets or platforms. It provides better visibility into campaign budgets, placements, and approvals—all in one place—which saves time and minimizes errors. The tool also improves collaboration across teams by allowing everyone to view and update campaign details in real time, leading to more efficient workflows and faster turnaround on campaign execution.

  ### 21. Prisma is a user-friendly, efficient, and helpful software for media finance needs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

What I find most helpful about Prisma are the many different ways I'm able to find invoices -- whether it is from exact invoice numbers to the many different filter variations and or reports I can input to find exactly what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

At times, Prisma can lag or there are data fixes buyers encounter which can be expected with any type of software. Personally, I also wish that Prisma would retain a longer duration of open tabs and not automatically log off if the tab has not been in use within a short period of time.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma is easily accessible and helps alleviate the problems of older software programs, such as when it comes to looking up invoices, inputting them, and creating a hub where both finance and buyers can better collaborate when it comes to monitoring buys and reconciliation. Personally, this benefits me as a Media Finance Analyst, because I'm able to work with buyers and easily input invoice requests, as well as mediate most issues they may face when it comes to the finance side of Prisma.

  ### 22. Horrible Transition for Linear buys from Spectra to Prisma

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma has a great User Interface that is well organized and pleasing to look at. Utilizing Prisma for Digital buys is extremely intuitive and very easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

We've been forced to switch from using MediaOcean Spectra to using Prisma for our linear buys. We didn't have an urgent need to switch on our end, but the Prisma support told us this transition needed to be implemented. We're now in the most busy time of our year for buys and when we have questions about the new system the support team seems not to be knowledgeable enough to answer our questions. Our training sessions have been hours of sitting in silence waiting for the support team to figure out how to help us. There are similarities between the old and new system, but nothing is as intuitive and there are problems with entering linear inventory.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Prisma to enter buys into our system for our financial records as well as the ability to pull reports to ensure we're aligned with what should be running

  ### 23. Prisma is the one stop shop for all invoicing needs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma (Mediaocean) simplifies the media buying and planning process by bringing together campaign planning, financial management, and performance tracking within a single platform. Its automated workflows and integrations with ad servers such as DCM help maintain accuracy across plans, purchases, and billing. By centralizing campaign information, Prisma enhances team visibility, making it more straightforward to handle approvals, budgets, and communication with vendors. In summary, it helps save time, minimizes manual mistakes, and keeps campaigns well-organized from beginning to end.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

While Prisma (Mediaocean) is helpful for organizing and managing media buys, I have found it can become slow and laggy, especially when handling large or complex campaigns. Uploading or editing a high volume of placements often requires additional time, and the system sometimes freezes or times out during periods of heavy use. Furthermore, the interface feels somewhat outdated and lacks flexibility for bulk updates or quick changes, which makes managing large-scale campaigns less efficient than it should be.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma addresses several major challenges in the media planning and buying process. By centralizing campaign information, it reduces the likelihood of version control problems and eliminates the need to manage scattered data in spreadsheets or emails. This centralization enhances organization, as all plans, budgets, and vendor information are stored in one location, making it simpler to monitor progress and maintain consistency among teams. Prisma also makes the approval process more efficient, automates financial reconciliation, and helps ensure that planned and actual spending are aligned, which reduces manual errors and saves valuable time. In the end, it adds structure, transparency, and accountability throughout the entire media workflow.

  ### 24. One powerful platform. Endless possibilities!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren P. | Associate Media Planner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

What I like most about Prisma is how it consolidates media planning, budgeting, and invoicing into one seamless platform. Before our company started using Prisma, we had to create our own media plans with excel and use a different platform for invoicing. It was difficult to keep up with.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

At times, Prisma can be slow or experience glitches. I also wish it offered more robust reporting options—particularly for tracking budgets against what’s been billed to the client.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma helps us centralize invoicing, so we're no longer relying on multiple spreadsheets or platforms. This reduces the risk of errors and streamlines the entire billing process.

  ### 25. Powerful and Efficient Solution for Campaign Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nipun C. | Associate Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I appreciate Prisma for its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which makes campaign management and billing hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

it can sometimes feel a bit complex for new users due to the wide range of features.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma solves the challenge of managing complex media campaigns by bringing planning, buying, billing, and reporting into one streamlined platform. This helps me save time and reduces errors by keeping everything organized and transparent. With Prisma, I can easily track campaign performance and budgets, which improves decision-making and ensures smoother collaboration across teams. Overall, it makes media management much more efficient and stress-free.

  ### 26. Very poorly made software

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Nothing, the UI is awful, the software is incredibly slow and time appears to be focussed more on adding gimmick features rather than improving and refining existing ones

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The design, the support, basically everything

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not solving anything or benefitting me in any way shape or form

  ### 27. User friendly interface

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swaraj R. | Sr Media Operations Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The quick action buttons and user-friendly interface make using this product straightforward. Customer support is easy to reach, and the integration has been handled quite well.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The interface could benefit from a more colorful design and the addition of a dark mode to make it easier on the eyes. It would also be helpful if the actualise finance option were available directly on the main BUY tab.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma allows us to input our media plan and set up placements and campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously. This significantly reduces the time we would otherwise spend creating individual campaigns and placements on each platform.

  ### 28. Good concept, needs a lot of work

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cesar O. | Junior Media Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I appreciate that Prisma is highly customizable to fit the needs of our team. The ability to add custom columns and titles tailored to each client is especially useful. I also find it convenient that we can manage both our campaigns and financial requirements within the same platform, which is a thoughtful feature.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I dislike the number of glitches or errors that occur within the platform and the lack of customer service in fixing those issues in a timely manner. I dislike that when a glitch happens on one end (either Prisma or Ignitia) it affects everything due to them being synced to each other.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma is somewhat meeting our needs to create and build campaigns. The ease of being able to customize IO's to match client needs is the best problem that Prisma is solving.

  ### 29. Overview of Prisma Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. | Buy Enablement Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Exceptional Type Safety: Guarantees data consistency and reduces errors, especially with TypeScript.

Superb Developer Experience (DX): Intuitive API, schema-first approach, and helpful tools like Prisma Studio.

Robust Migration System: Simplifies database schema evolution.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Initial Learning Curve: New concepts like the Prisma Schema Language and its specific migration workflow can take time to grasp for newcomers

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Inconsistent API for Different Databases or Complex Querying.
How Prisma Solves It: Provides a unified, intuitive API that works across various supported databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, SQL Server, etc.) and simplifies complex queries with features like include and select.

  ### 30. Great for Custom Layouts and Reporting, but Some Glitches

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like how we can import our own layouts, and the flighting layout is really easy to see the monthly spend and impressions. It's easy to send updates to our vendors as well. It is easy to add additional markets, incremental dollars, and new campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

We've encountered some glitches, and there are times when pennies will get shifted around without our knowledge, which we don't always love when it comes down to billing. Working with clients, it is important to keep our billing as accurate as possible.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We keep billing schedules for each of our regions and markets, and Prisma's flighting layout is the same kind of monthly format. This makes it really easy for us to communicate to our clients and media teams spend, impressions, and solve problems with our partners.

  ### 31. Efficient Campaign Creation, but Reconciliation Needs Improvement in Prisma

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I appreciate how simple it can be to set up a campaign and move it forward quickly. This ease of use really helps with managing daily workloads and improves my time management.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The main drawback I’ve noticed with Prisma is the way campaigns are flagged during reconciliations. There isn’t a straightforward or simple method to find campaigns with pending invoices. The only filtering option I see is by campaigns marked with a yellow or orange flag, which I find quite inconvenient.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma addresses my needs by offering a straightforward interface that makes it easy to find campaigns. It also provides a clear process for pushing a campaign through from start to finish and simplifies the trafficking of placements. These features help reduce my stress and lighten my workload.

  ### 32. Great for Order Management, But Needs Better Training and Usability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that I have all my orders and buys in one place. I use the tool every day so I have a good idea of it now. I like the capability to pull reports to see what I have (but I don't know how to). I like that I can send and manage IOs there as well. Customer service can be helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I think I could use more training on capabilities so I am using it to the best of it's abilities. I also think the tool could be more updated and user friendly as well. There are also occasional user bugs as well.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to have all my buys and orders in one place while also being able to manage and send IOs.

  ### 33. Great Overall, But the New Order Page Interface Is a Step Back

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guneet Singh B. | Ad Ops Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I appreciate how easy it is to edit purchases and costs, as well as how straightforward it is to access help content.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The new Order page interface feels less convenient compared to the previous version. I preferred the old order page because it displayed all the necessary information on a single screen, making it much easier to access details like past orders and order statuses.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform provides the essential link between media planning and campaign setup, as well as between the ad server and tag generation.

  ### 34. Prisma has worked for everything I need with only a few glitches that seem to have been resolved.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Usability is good when it comes to what I need with my job. Once you do something once, it's simple to remember. I've also worked with customer support and they were very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The maintenance times on Prisma have been interfering with my deadlines. I had an issue with updating a budget for one month that reallocated funds from previous months messing up the budgets for campaigns currently running. I also ran into the issue of Prisma not having a ctrl+z option when making updates. Because of this, a mistake can make thing a long process to fix.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma is helping with planning, buying and invoices. It's great for checking on campaigns and seeing how much they have spent in the past.

  ### 35. Prisma Makes Budget Management Easy, but Reporting Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Once you get the hang of using Prisma, it becomes straightforward to manage your budgets and oversee the client approval process. Additionally, when collaborating with other teams, you can help ensure they stay within their spending limits and avoid exceeding the budget.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The only drawback I've noticed is that pulling reports can be confusing, as it's not always clear how to generate the specific report you need. Additionally, when it comes to reporting, I wish Prisma offered an option to generate a report that clearly distinguishes between actualized and non-actualized months.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma is excellent at monitoring budgets, which helps ensure the agency remains compliant. Additionally, it allows us to help our clients stay within their own budget limits.

  ### 36. User-Friendly Interface, but Recent Update Makes Finding iOS and RFPs Difficult

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krista C. | Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I love how user friendly it is. I like how everything is easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I hate that the new update makes it hard to find the Ios and RFPs now

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see any issues with our taxonomy for all of our placements easily and any budget discrepancies

  ### 37. Excellent experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I had a great experience using this site. It was extremely easy to navigate, fast, and very user-friendly. Everything was clear and functioned seamlessly, making the whole process straightforward. Overall, it's definitely a reliable platform.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

At times, I find that some features could offer more customization options. Aside from that, it’s a great platform that reliably accomplishes what I need!

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma addresses the challenges of managing complex media planning and ad buying by bringing all tasks together on a single platform. It simplifies workflows, offers real-time analytics, and automates routine tasks, which saves time and boosts efficiency. As a result, I am able to make more informed decisions, optimize my campaigns, and use my ad budgets more effectively.

  ### 38. Prisma Needs a Web Assistant for Better New User Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I appreciate that your choices aren't always permanent. Having to manually confirm each update gives me peace of mind, especially since it's easy to feel overwhelmed and accidentally make mistakes. While some people might find this process tedious, I think it's important to have the opportunity to review information several times before it is finalized.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

As with many other platforms, there are often AI assistants available to help new users navigate and ask questions. While I understand that each company has its own approach, as a new user of Prisma, I would have found it much more helpful to have a web assistant to answer my questions about the platform, rather than having to search through a how-to guide or rely on a colleague for help.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my agency, we primarily use Prisma to help us make sure we are spending money appropriately as a company. I appreciate Prisma because it allows us to clearly see whether we have overspent or underspent, and it provides a transparent way to track exactly where every dollar is allocated.

  ### 39. Mediaocean

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

* web based
* some API connections that streamline data transfer
* customization
* onboarding training web based
* onboarding support responsive and helpful
* follow-up support/training
* digital invoice reconciliation process complicated and confusing

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

* API connections to other systems that don't work
* campaign revisions unnecessarily complicated and confusing
* inconsistent functions and field names from one platform to the other (print/digital/OOH, broadcast, estimates)
* broadcast invoice data reconciliation
* slow processing (delays from screen to screen)
* pages don't load, requiring refresh many times a day
* "quick search" field in Campaigns backspaces and deletes as data is being typed

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of print/digital/OOH order entry and invoice reconciliation

  ### 40. All in one CRM and budgeting tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres S. | Programmatic Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma let's you manage budgets for multiple campaigns with multiple partners, making a streamlined process when it comes to budgets and aligning on approvals

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I've worked with very big campaigns in the past, and the loading times get increasingly slower as the campaign data gets bigger during the year

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma has been simplifying budgeting, CRM and its connection to my ad server of choice makes the trafficking process very convenient and easy

  ### 41. Great experiences with Prisma since starting use in 2023

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney F. | Senior Associate, Digital Direct, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma is web-based, which makes it faster than other OX platforms. I also find it easier to view campaigns and buylines, and its user interface design is superior to that of other media buying platforms.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I find it a little confusing to distinguish between packages and placements. It would be helpful if there were a way to make this clearer, perhaps by adding a bolding feature.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking budgets and campaigns, sending IOs

  ### 42. Prisma Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The online access is more consistent and easy to implement.
The ease of movement within the instance with duplication of tabs to allow multiple modules to be open at the same time.
Superior service from our agency's customer support team.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The inconsistency between the digital and linear system offerings - especially with master data and reporting.
The lack of attention and capabilities to the Linear - seems like an after thought
The discovery of "bugs" in the system that were unknown to Mediaocean

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One source connecting our media and financial capabilities allowing clear line of sight of all activity and where within our agency workflow does each campaign fall.

  ### 43. Great Functionality and Navigation, but Miss the Easy Customer Chat Feature

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jocelyn E. | Senior planner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I really enjoy the functionality that Prisma offers. I also appreciate how easy it is to navigate, and I like the overall format.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I miss when the customer chat button was easily accessible on the aide. Now, we have to search for it or contact support through email, which makes reaching out much more difficult compared to the previous chat format.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy campaign management and makes the work easier to do

  ### 44. Review of Prisma - 3 years of experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

It's efficient - given I've been working in the platform for a few years now I have a handle on how to navigate and how to potentially get around any obstacles. I think buying in packages and placements is my favorite feature.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I used to really like the old order tab but I'll get used to the new one! There also used to be a chat function which has since been removed which I don't love.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sends placements to DCM to be trafficked. Eventually tags get sent out to the publisher which allows us to go live. Also IOs act as legally binding orders between agency and publisher.

  ### 45. Functional and User-Friendly, but Some Features Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rui L. | Account Payable Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

This product is functional, user-friendly, and offers practical features. It generally operates quickly, making it convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

There are still certain features that could be improved. like search features, select multiple lines when do the copy, etc

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The layout is excellent, allowing me to quickly find almost all the information I need at a glance. I also appreciate how easy it is to copy content directly from the cells.

  ### 46. Great Platform Integration, But Buggy and Unfinished Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibrahim H. | Media Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I use prisma everyday,I like that it integrates all platforms, with their relevant invoices. It makes it easy to create and manage campaigns all on one platform. Which is a lot more efficient than having multiple programs for multiple different tasks.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The program feels very buggy, unfinished, and some features that feel like they're supposed to exist don't. When reconciling and trying to exclude irrelevant placements from the attached invoice you have to do it one by one each one with its very own loading time. Lots of features and bugs feel like they haven't gone through proper testing

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating a lot of the advertising packaging inputs

  ### 47. Great Sorting and Custom Views, but Needs Better Copy-Paste Functionality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like the sorting features, where you can enter distinguishing factors about the campaign you're looking for and it will show all relevant campaigns. Also, it doesn't allow you to make duplicate estimates. I like that in the campaigns I can change what is presented in my view based on what us important.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

You can't really copy and paste, if I could copy from another application. At the very least, Excel, I feel Mediaocean would be way better.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to send IO's to vendors and have them accept through a link and if they are unable to we can accept for them as an agency

  ### 48. User-Friendly Billing Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya T. | Assistant Manger Paid Social, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that Prisma allows for review and approval at each stage of the billing process, which helps ensure accuracy

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The loading time can be a bit slow at times, and it would be helpful to have an undo/redo feature for easier editing.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma helps manage under- and overspending and provides better budget control, especially for larger accounts. This allows us to keep finances organized and avoid unexpected costs.

  ### 49. User-Friendly Platform, but Reporting and Error Messages Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The majority of the platform functionality is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The error messages are not easy to be able to understand next steps to resolve the campaign issue. I find I have to submit more Prisma support tickets than we should have to and this takes up time. Also, the reporting 2.0 platform has some challenges and only certain templates will allow you to pull in certain fields. So it becomes a challenge when I want to pull in certain fields into one report.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma has been helping lately with human error for campaign set up in the external buying platforms with it's newer vendor integrations

  ### 50. A smart solution for end to end media operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Prisma offers an intuitive interface that simplifies campaign management and reporting. It integrates well with other Mediaocean products, making cross-team collaboration smooth and efficient. The automated workflow reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and saves significant time for planners and buyers. Its reporting features provide clear visibility into campaign performance and spend

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

While Prisma is efficient, the interface can occasionally feel dated, and certain functions require multiple steps that could be streamlined. The loading time for larger campaigns can be slow, and sometimes customer support responses take time. A more modern dashboard view and enhanced customization options would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaigns reconciliation & actualisation
