What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

4ALLPORTAL offers a comprehensive set of tools for efficient management of our data. The Digital Asset Management (DAM) feature allows us to organize and control various types of data, including marketing materials. The Product Information Management (PIM) system has been incredibly helpful in centralizing and managing our product information. Additionally, the brand shop feature has provided us with a convenient platform to showcase and distribute our brand assets. What do you dislike about 4ALLPORTAL?

Although 4ALLPORTAL is a powerful platform, it does require some initial time and effort to set up and configure according to our specific needs. The learning curve can be a bitsteep, especially for users who are not familiar with similar software. 4ALLPORTAL has helped us solve several business problems. Firstly, it has provided us with a centralized platform for Product Information Management (PIM), allowing us to efficiently organize and manage our product data. Secondly, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) functionality of 4ALLPORTAL has been instrumental in streamlining our marketing efforts. What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

What do you dislike about 4ALLPORTAL?

They offer slightly higher prices for their plans compared to the competitors, I think it can be enhanced by providing reasonable prices, especially for startups. "4ALLPORTAL solves the DAM and PIM integration dilemma by having both systems in the same solution."

What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

By having the DAM and PIM in the same solution, the cost and risk of maintaining the DAM and PIM are eliminated. Data flows easily between the two solutions, and each user group can search metadata based upon their departments' native search requirements. Furthermore, multiple languages are supported in the application for both DAM and PIM metadata. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 4ALLPORTAL?

Professional services are needed for the initial implementation to map the use cases to the configuration. After training is completed and with practice using the solution for a few months, my team can configure 4ALLPORTAL independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 4ALLPORTAL?

We were wondering what 4ALLPORTAL means by "scalable and individual". After having our 4ALLPORTAL for some time now, we know what it means: 4ALLPORTAL works for us like our own software. As a DAM, we organize our files here. Overcrowded, confusing "download folders" and hundreds of identical ones we have exchanged for a clear database in which you can quickly find keyworded files. Our 4ALLPORTAL has been constantly adapted and optimized by the 4ALLPORTAL development team. Until now there was no requirement that was not technically feasible. We save a lot of time with 4ALLPORTAL. With the DAM, files can be found quickly in the latest version, with the role, task and rights management, an overview exists directly and files can be temporarily shared with third-party providers with just a few clicks.
