Our company has several qualified Stock Incentive Plans that need annual valuation to determine share price. We have had a few valuation firms previously, but Eton has been the best! They are professional and very attentive to your needs or requests. They provided a gauranteed 10 day turnaround which is by far faster than any other firm we have worked with. Further, they assisted with any questions from our auditors and went above and beyond to assist our company throughout the process. I highly recommend using Eton Venture Services for your 409A Valuation needs if you are a privately held company. The process is transparent. Chris is extremely knowledgable on all aspects of the analysis and hits all of the compliance objectives thoroughly. Chris was also able to articulately bridge the gap between commonly used "VC Math" and the technical differences used in the valuation approach. Eton Venture Services was recommended to us by our attorney's. We are a small privately held Biotech firm with only a Series Seed to date. We had our initial valuation done by Eton and a follow on 9 months later. The two approaches were very different as the first had a supporting perferred round and the second had no such benchmark. Upon receiving the results, we asked for a detailed walkthrough from Chris. We were able to easily access his calendar within a day to schedule. He went through the analysis at the right level of detail, hitting all of the critical components and how they affected the model and jumped into further details only when asked. Chris compared the initial valuation to the current valuation in easy to understand detail to both myself (Controller/CPA) and our CEO. The valuation results were as expected and Chris walked us through what levers may change in future periods to set our expectations for future valuations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
