"Setting up a 401 account"

What do you like best about 401GO?

The team at 401 GO is knowledgeable. This was especially so since my structure as an LLC taxed as a partnership was not ordinary. Several other firms I spoke with hurried to provide inaccurate and incorrect information. Since creating the account, customer service has been highly responsive and continues to be very well-informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 401GO?

For ETFs and additional funds, you can reach out to your client success manager and they can show you a few options that would fulfill that need.

What do you like best about 401GO?

Thanks for the review Blake. I agree, we are the best small business 401k solution. The Gusto integration is coming soon - we've built it and now are just waiting on them to finalize things on their end. Also, we should have the mobile app later this year - great feedback!

In terms of support, every plan and all our partners have dedicated relationships with either a client success manager (for plan sponsors) and a partner success manager for our partners. You can see who those dedicated contacts are by going to Company > Plan Details and it will list the name, email and phone of your dedicated 401GO contact.

What do you like best about 401GO?

Most of the process is automatic as our payroll provider syncs with 401GO. Anytime an action is required, we get an email reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We haven't had any issues with 401GO to this point, so there isn't anything to dislike. When I need help, I call my account rep and she helps me navigate on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some great investment options with 401GO, but there are also a few that I would rather not have in my plan, however I was not able to customize the plan investment offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
