What do you like best about 401GO?

My two favorite things about 401GO are their customer service and the programs connectivity with other programs. They are extremely responsive and helpful if any issues ever come up or questions I have about changing my plans, etc. It was very easy to setup with a call or two and then it has worked without issue ever since. When some things came along that I was unfamiliar with a quick phone call to customer service and someone walked me through all my questions. I have been very pleased with the choice to go with 401GO and thrilled I took the chance on them as our low cost provider with all the functionality of the other ones. What do you dislike about 401GO?

I actually really love 401GO and don't have anything really negative to say. We haven't had any problems so far and have been using the service for about 3 years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 401GO?

The product speaks for itself, but the customer service that they offer is second to none. They have personally walked me through issues, questions, setup, etc and are always so positive. I can't recommend them enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 401GO?

I really appreciate how User friendly the website is! It has been clear, simple and easy to input information.

Ruth Prows and team are awesome! All are available, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.

Along with the Jet Wealth Advisors team, the implementation, the whole process, of moving the Custom Home Audio Video Integration, LLC's 401k Plan over to 401GO has been smooth and easy.

site is clunky from an administrator level. It is hard to view the plan and participant information without logging out and in through different views Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because we built our platform in-house, using modern tech (unlike legacy platforms) we can actually take feedback like yours and begin making improvements immediately. We are actively working on making the plan design and implementation even more user-friendly and will be rolling out improvements throughout the coming months.

What do you like best about 401GO?

Their support staff is amazing, the UI of the 401GO platform is attractive, and their onboarding process for new plans is seamless. I couldn't be happier using 401GO for my clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 401GO?

I haven't found any downsides yet. If anything, their Solo(k) plans are a bit expensive for the end client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
