## 401GO Reviews
 ### 1. Very easy to use platform for small businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric O. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2021

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

My experience with 401GO has been extremely positive to this point. It was easy to set up with all the support provided. After the first time, it only takes me a couple of minutes each pay period to process payroll for myself and my employees. Pricing is the best in the industry, and the website is very easy to navigate. The 401GO team has been fantastic to work with every step of the way!

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

The only downsides are that for my business, which uses Sure payroll, there is not full integration so some manual data entry is required. This takes me about 3 minutes for 6 employees. Also, occasionally the company match is off by $0.01 from what my payroll company calculates, but again this can be remedied by cross referencing.

**Recommendations to others considering 401GO:**

Definitely check them out. You won't be disappointed. Glad I found such a great partner for my small business.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 401GO,it was very affordable and quick to get up and running, with minimal paperwork. I have worked for large corporations before which offered 401k plans, and this one is actually much easier and better in every way. Great tool to attract and retain employees in a small business environment.

**Official Response from Jennifer Stott:**

> Thanks for your feedback Eric. We are constantly adding new payroll integrations to make the experience even easier for our clients. We're proud of our pricing structure and customer support, and I'm so glad they have been valuable to you!

 ### 2. 401go is a game-changer enabling businesses to set up a 401k with ease - low cost & low effort!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

Incredibly fast, simple 401k plan establishment - like in 15 minutes. Ultra-low fees. Easy safe-harbor plan setup, with system helping you decide which of the 4 safe-harbor matching methods to choose. You don't need to be an expert with 401k plan design to implement a plan in literally minutes. Importantly, they offer a great selection of low-fee index mutual funds from multiple families including Vanguard, as well as Target Date funds.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

NO downsides to 401go - really!! If I had to suggest something, I'd say a couple more choices in very short and intermediate duration bond index funds would be nice, but what they do have is sufficient - no complaints!

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering a low-cost safe-harbor 401k fund to employees of a small business. 401go makes this affordable for us, as well as being very easy to set up and maintain. There is virtually no effort!

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Hi Kelly, thanks for such a kind and detailed review. I'm delighted to hear this is working out so well for you and your team. Good suggestions on the addition of more bond index funds - I've passed your suggestion on to the investment team.

 ### 3. User friendly & top-notch customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacie G. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The interface is very user-friendly, both for the administrator and the participant. The setup process was easy, and someone was readily available if I had any questions. They have an excellent onboarding process that makes it so seamless. I can rest easy knowing 401go has everything handled for our 401ks.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

It is not currently integrated with my payroll, but they have made the manual entry super simple, so it's not that big of a deal.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have created an easy-to-administer 401k for my small company.

**Official Response from Jared Twitchell:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We take pride in offering a user-friendly interface and top-notch customer support. We understand the importance of payroll integration and are continuously working to improve our services to better meet the needs of our customers. Because we built our own platform in-house, we have lots of flexibility on what we can integrate with and are continuously adding more payroll integrations.

 ### 4. A Flexible Service Without the Complexity of the Big Guys

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Canion B. | Human Resources Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The most helpful thing about 401Go is the ability to integrate with our payroll (automatic) and the ease employees can register and set up their allocations.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

They are new, so their website isn't the prettiest and sometimes it is difficult to find the menu button you want.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in need of a 401k that integrated with Rippling that allowed us to choose the funds we wanted to offer through our broker. This saves tons of time entering payroll into the client portal.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Canion! We love being able to deliver a simple and affordable solution to firms like yours. Your comments and suggestions are heard and we're working on app/web improvements constantly.

 ### 5. Easy Transition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

From the beginning, the process from our previous 401K account provider to this New provider has been a smooth transition. Great communitcation through out the process from 401GO.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

nothing to report at this time regarding to any disappointment.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small business platform and this service meets our budget yet

**Official Response from Jared Twitchell:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We work hard to ensure it's an easy process for companies of all sizes!

 ### 6. Excellent Customer Service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alysia N. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2022

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

As a small business owner, navigating benefits for my employees can be time-consuming and stressful. I initially signed up through the State of CA for the requirement of offering a savings plan. Once I realized how much work it was, I reached out to my payroll company for help. They referred me to 401GO and the process was very easy to get set up. Any questions that I had were answered in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

So far I haven't found anything I dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering 401GO:**

When I compared with another company that was recommended, 401GO was more reasonable.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offers a great savings program, tracking and integrating with my payroll company so I have no additional work to do each month.

**Official Response from Jennifer Stott:**

> We're thrilled to be your choice over CalSavers! And glad to hear that the payroll integration and automation have made your life easier. Thanks!

 ### 7. Onboarding and Automation are Highlights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

So far, I've experienced their great Onboarding specialist who was available to do a demo with my current plans that are prospective transitions. Was an excellent experience. She was very gracious, knowledgeable and great on follow-up. The automation along with individual, live plan managers are important features for us. I need someone to be on the phone with my client if something goes wrong. I also like the payroll interface and affordability offered by 401Go.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Everything looks good so far! I'll need to partner with them for a year or two to be able to answer this completely. My main concerns are customer service and cost, and cost looks good so far.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My current clients have issues with costs, customer service, enrollment, communication with the administrator, and payroll interface.
401Go sounds like they will be able to improve in all of these areas.
Looking forward to online enrollments and participant notifications also!

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Such great feedback Ben - Thanks! We strongly believe the future of fintech isn't the tech - its the personal relationships that automation makes more time for. I love hearing about the positive experiences with our team and I can assure you, we will work hard to make sure that is always the case for our valued partners like you and for your clients. Thanks again!

 ### 8. Simple, tech-forward, clean

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

Easy to use interface, with a great customer service team. 401GO is tech-forward and is a great all-in-one solution with a 3(16) & 3(38). The full integrations keep up with the old insurance offerings and seem to have a lot of similar capacities. 401GO uses a wide range of low-cost ETFs.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

It would be great to have all plans on one platform (SEPs, Simple's, 403B's, etc) and be able to fold in HSA's into the plan. I would also like to see the platform open up so that we could custody plan assets outside of the plan in a self-directed platform where we can manage the assets in different ways while still being part of the plan. Oh yeah, and allow for the super back-door Roth option on a solo plan when testing isn't an issue. It would also be great to use the platform as a tech provider, but be able to maintain an outside TPA relationship.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one, low-cost solution for small-sized 401k plans. No need for an outside TPA on small plans and all testing automated, done seamlessly without manual entry.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Bradley, thanks for such a thorough review! We are delighted and fortunate to have you as a partner. I love all the specific suggestions and I'm excited to tell you almost all of these are items that are currently on our development road map. 403B plans are in beta right now and if you have any you'd like to set up, we are happy to accommodate you. We are also adding in many other similar products and while it is still a little ways out, there is a high probability HSA plans are in your future ;). Please keep these suggestions coming!

 ### 9. Very easy setup, great platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve T. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The ease to set up the 401k plan was amazingly simple. I had an older 401k for my firm at TD Ameritrade and the setup was tedious and archaic. The setup for 401Go literally took 10 minutes. The ongoing administration is very easy. The selection of funds is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

As I have it set up now, employees can change withholding rates at any time. But they told me that next year I can change that; appears to have been something you can do at setup. Otherwise, nothing else I dislike.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of administration, offering a good 401k plan to my employees at a very reasonable cost.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review and feedback Steve. I'm glad we could be an upgrade over your existing plan at TD Ameritrade.

 ### 10. 401GO has been a great Value Add to our organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa A. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2021

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The ease of access and ease of use is amazing. They link with our payroll provider so reporting and employee changes are super easy! Also, their support and responsiveness has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Nothing so far! Everything has been great!

**Recommendations to others considering 401GO:**

Definitely consider switching to 401GO - you will not be disappointed! Their support is stellar, their fees are very reasonable, their plan offerings are diverse and their platform is very user friendly!

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use, ease of access, the platform is very user friendly and easy for our employees to navigate, understand and make changes to. We also like their rate structure and their plan offerings.

**Official Response from Jennifer Stott:**

> Thanks Lisa! We're so glad we've been able to give your employees an easy way to manage their retirement funds. And keep an eye on our payroll integrations, because we're adding new ones all the time!

 ### 11. 401GO is simply the easiest way to track 401k investing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The ease of use is my favorite aspect. The platform has everything laid out in front of me, no hunting around for things.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

As an end user, I'm disappointed that there's no app for my phone!! Hopefully that will change soon?

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business caters to small business owners. Most of these folks have no idea how to set up a 401k plan for their employees. Now that states are starting to require plans, the 401GO platform makes so much sense for these clients. Everything is spoon-fed to them. The support desk is great, too.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> We're glad to hear that you find 401GO easy to use! I'm also delighted to share that we now have mobile apps for both Android and iOS - just search for 401GO in the app store.

 ### 12. Simple and effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The cost of 401GO is very appealing and the website is easy to use. We enrolled all of our employees and they didn't have a problem navigating the website to pick set up their accounts.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

A mobile app would be greatly appreciated. Also, one of my employees wanted to contribute to a Roth IRA, but was not able to. I heard from my representative that this option may become available soon though.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401GO provides us a simple platform to provide retirement savings accounts for our employees. It also helps us become more competitive in recruiting employees by offering retirement-saving options.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review and feedback Tim. The mobile app is toward the top of the development road map and should be available within the next 6-12 months. As for the IRA, that is right around the corner, we are putting alpha clients on now and it should be available to everyone within the next month or two. Keep the feedback and suggestions coming.

 ### 13. Great option for a 401K.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

Technology based and easy to use. The company focuses on making the onboarding process simple for employers. Especially ones that don't use technology frequently.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Sometimes the process needs a person's touch to get through. 401K has been great at being available when that comes up, but that would be the only frustration I've seen.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have clients that need access to tax-deferred strategies without the headache of finding and using a TPA. 401GO solves that problem. It's easy to use and gives me visibility on my 401K book.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Adam. I'm glad to hear you find it easy to use. We'll never stop improving it and your feedback and input is helpful in making our product the best out there.

 ### 14. Go with 401go

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisa C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

It forces the plan administrators and participants to handle things online directly with the TPA

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

They need to provide more visibility for the rep/user to participant information and balances without having to pull up reports

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lower fees for small plans

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Elisa and feedback on better visibility for admins to see participant information.

 ### 15. 401GO is Easy Peasy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

No other platform exists where an advisor may help their client open a qualified retirement plan in 15 minutes! We love that all the plan documents are e-signable and available for download immediately.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

We need a more straightforward process for rolling old retirement accounts into client 401K plans at 401GO.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that when a plan sponsor needs assistance, the service team at 401GO can jump on a conference/zoom call with our clients to walk them through something like making payroll contributions.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Joel. You are right on the plan conversion process, this is especially difficult since many of the other providers have old/slow ways of doing things - we are somewhat at their mercy. Regardless, we are always working on ways to improve that.

 ### 16. Easy to use for administrators

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucia d. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

As an administrator for a small non-profit, 401GO makes submitting payroll information easy and intuitive. Employees are also able to easily adjust their contribution amounts and the system lets me know immediately as well as reminds me before a payroll run to update the amounts.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Like with any retirement product, in general, I wish fund information was more easily digestible. I do like the "canned" options that allow participants to choose an investment strategy rather than get so into the weeds with investment options

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401GO along with Green Retirement allowed us to provide a cost-effective option for retirement for our small business that ALSO takes into account and invests with sociallly responsible funds

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the kind review Lucia. I'm glad everything is working out for you and your team.

 ### 17. Easy to navigate and comprehend

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl B. | Health Safety Environment Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

Ability to know exact numbers, where the figures are and how they add up.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

I don't fully understand but it's not a 401go problem, it's a me problem. Editorial?

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> We're glad to hear that you find 401GO easy to navigate and comprehend. Understanding your retirement savings is crucial, and we strive to make it as clear as possible.

 ### 18. Easy to use, low cost, open architecture, and responsive.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy Y. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The fee is transparent and easy to understand. $9/ month/ participant or $108 per year per participant. This includes record keeping and TPA work. Open architecture is key from a fiduciary point of view. And that the platform is easy to use is essential in this day and age. Plan set-up takes a whopping ten minutes and plans can be up and running in 2 - 3 days.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

In order to see a plan from a plan sponsor's view, I need to request permission of the plan sponsor.
In order to see a plan from an employee's view, I need to request permission from the employee. This is not an effective use of my time.

Also, given the very low annual fee and easy-to-use platform, I am concerned this platform may be setting itself up to be purchased by a larger competitor. This could the plan and advisor a lot of conversion work.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401go is solving the problem of opaque fees by being transparent about what they charge. They lessen the fear of "too much admin work" by providing excellent support to plan sponsors and employees. Open architecture that is revenue neutral brings a smile to every advisor's face. I am also impressed by the openness of founders to feedback/ improvements and their fast response time. This is unusual in the industry.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Timothy! You've been a great partner from day one and I love hearing this helpful feedback. We have built a number of reports that help as a workaround for having default view permission on all participants and plans. We have to work through some fiduciary concerns before we can grant default access to all partners but I assure you, we are working on it.

 ### 19. Better experience now that things have been ironed out

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

Our employees love that they can contribute to their retirement, we love the different options that were offered to us as a company.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

They indicated they were integrated with Kronos but turns out they were not and we had to do all of the uploads. Now the team at 401GO is taking care of it

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are allowing our employees to save for their retirement.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thank you for the review and feedback Sandra. I'm glad your employees are able to enjoy this benefit. I'm glad our True 360 team has been able to smooth out some of the issues you were having with Kronos.

 ### 20. Quick transition of existing 401K plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Official Response from Jennifer Stott:**

> Thanks Dr. Mark, our support team thinks you're wonderful too!

 ### 21. Exceptional Customer Service!

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Nothing! The platform is user-friendly and the staff is accessible, competent, and kind.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to include a Solo Roth 401K in my retirement plan and 401Go offers that option.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear that you find our platform user-friendly and our staff accessible, competent, and kind. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

Navigating through the program is easy. Most importantly, having an assigned rep for our company who can resolve or answer questions is huge with efficiency.

When learning the program, it can be frustrating like any other program. But once you learn the program, it's easy to navigate.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 24. 401Go Has Been Great For Us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary D. | Consultant, Canon, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The 401Go team was knowledgeable. Set up was very easy. Compared with other plans, their prices are unbeatable.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

I have not found anything that I dislike as of yet and we have been using 401Go for approximately 2 years.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401Go allowed us to add a 401K plan that did not break the bank and does not require a lot of time and management. We've been able to provide a valuable benefit without a huge expense. Being able to add profit-sharing funds to my own 401k as the business owner has been very beneficial as well.

**Official Response from Jennifer Stott:**

> Thanks for your support Gary! It sounds like 401GO has been a great value for your business.

 ### 25. Very easy and explained very well!

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

Everyone I have dealt with is so friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with!

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Honestly, nothing... overall really fantastic!

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have never had a 401k program for my employees in the past. I was always very nervous about setting up a program. 401GO made it so simple and easy!! Very impressed!

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Hi Randy! Thanks for the review, I love hearing this and agree, we have the best people.

 ### 26. Easy to Use, Great Support if You Need It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina B. | Finance & Administration Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

User experience/ease of use is top-notch. On the rare occasion I needed to reach out for support, I received a prompt response that thoroughly answered my question. Jared and Kelly are fantastic!

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

The only drawback is that although there are integrations with payroll providers, we wanted the one-stop-shop of a PEO.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401(k) administration made very easy!

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> We're glad to hear that 401GO has made 401(k) administration easy for you. We appreciate your feedback - we are working with a lot more PEOs and hopefully soon you will have more options with PEOs using our platform for their in-house solutions.

 ### 27. Customer Service is superb!

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

At this time there is nothing I don't like

**Recommendations to others considering 401GO:**

 ### 28. Millenial Tech in the 401k Arena

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The ease of access and ease of use is pretty much unparalleled across different platforms that I've tested. It is very easy from start to finish, everything from administrator signup, payroll setup, investment selection, all of it.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Although it's easy to use, the user interface can be a little tricky to figure out. Sometimes oversimplifying a dashboard into a limited number of icons makes it tough to find things when you need them. I'd flesh it out just a little bit further.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's making the path from employee to investment access with an administrator in the middle a lot simpler. That's allowing business productivity to increase to focus on more important items.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review and feedback. We are always finding ways to improve the user experience and dashboards - your input is highly valuable.

 ### 29. Excellent 401K management program!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

401Go is very easy to use. Our CPA and financial team were really impressed with it too. The best part might have been the onboarding support. They were very helpful in guiding us each step of the way

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

We are just starting to use it but so far, nothing to dislike about it.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much cheaper for us to manage and administrate the program versus paying someone to do this type work for us.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the kind review. The tech is certainly some of the best out there but as you've discovered, our real secret to success is our amazing client success team.

 ### 30. Kelly Is amazing & Helpful

 ### 31. Setting up a 401 account

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** frank G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

The team at 401 GO is knowledgeable. This was especially so since my structure as an LLC taxed as a partnership was not ordinary. Several other firms I spoke with hurried to provide inaccurate and incorrect information. Since creating the account, customer service has been highly responsive and continues to be very well-informed.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

Investment choices could be broader and include ETF's.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily established a vehicle for me to make tax-advantaged investments for myself and partners.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Frank. We do have an amazing team and because of the extensive plan automation, our people can spend more time providing the high levels of service you've experienced. For ETFs and additional funds, you can reach out to your client success manager and they can show you a few options that would fulfill that need.

Employee retention

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Senior Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about 401GO?**

I find 401GO to be the perfect solution for smaller clients who are fee sensitive and don't need extra bells and whistles.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

I prefer a dedicated support member versus going through the general support ticket process.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smaller or newer businesses who need to offer a competitive 401K plan. The business also wants to not feel like they're part of a sausage factory, which allows me to hold their hand along the process.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Michael. I'm glad you found this as a good solution for your clients. In terms of support, every plan and all our partners have dedicated relationships with either a client success manager (for plan sponsors) and a partner success manager for our partners. You can see who those dedicated contacts are by going to Company > Plan Details and it will list the name, email and phone of your dedicated 401GO contact.

 ### 34. 401GO has been a good change for us.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

Most of the process is automatic as our payroll provider syncs with 401GO. Anytime an action is required, we get an email reminder.

**What do you dislike about 401GO?**

We haven't had any issues with 401GO to this point, so there isn't anything to dislike. When I need help, I call my account rep and she helps me navigate on the platform.

**What problems is 401GO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frees up some of my time as most of the process is automated.

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> I'm glad this is working out for you and your team. Thanks for the review.

The ease of use and inexpensive fees help this small business provide this amazing benefit to our team.

**Official Response from Jennifer Stott:**

**Official Response from Daniel Beck:**

> Thanks for the review Tina. We are always making more and more payroll integrations. In the meantime, our True360 team can manually do that work for you so you wouldn't need to. Your client success manager can help you set that up if you'd like.

**Recommendations to others considering 401GO:**
