Flexibility, reasonable fees, and services provided. The website is fairly intuitive, so is a bit more user friendly than other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about 401GO? The fact that there is no way to override the email verification process with a client's written request. There are still a lot of people out there who do not use email. So far as I can tell, there is no way to go from servicing an employee's account to another without logging out and logging back in. While 401Go offers a very robust portfolio, the platform also allows one to offer customized portfolios. Another well appreciated fact is that 401Go is VERY transparent on fees, and they work hard to keep these fees reasonable. 401Go also allows me, as the broker, to create more reasonable fee structures for my clients which enables me to stay competitive. It's possible to easily switch between employee accounts from your partner portal. Once the employee has approved your request for permission, you can access their account using the "view as" button next to the employee name.
