The tool is very ease in use and intuitive. It's easy to track the status of the controls and the workflow between 1st/2nd/3rd line works great! The people of 3rdRisk are very friendly and when we have questions or specific requests regarding development they reply very fast. Potential issues are followed up quickly. Before we worked with an emailbox and the tool gives us so much more insight! **What do you dislike about 3rdRisk?** Some specific development requests might take a bit longer to develop than was expected upfront. **What problems is 3rdRisk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much more insight in the execution status of controls. With 3rdRisk it's really easy to manage third parties as it's connected to MS Teams and collects data from different sources. **What do you dislike about 3rdRisk?** As far as I know 3rdRisk is not missing anything. I dislike the fact that not all companies are using it. **What problems is 3rdRisk solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps giving a good overview of risks of third parties in organisations. With easy accessible assessments and questionaires to be sent out, managing the feedback and a MS Teams integration makes 3rdRisk a solution which fits for every organisation. ### 5. With all the plug-in possibilities that 3rdRisk offers, it becomes an enormously powerful platform that is accessible to all kinds of organizations. It has a nice entry model that you can expand over time to what you need within the organization. **What do you dislike about 3rdRisk?** At this moment, I cannot provide an answer to that yet. **What problems is 3rdRisk solving and how is that benefiting you?** It maps all your third parties, including the risks they carry. This makes you as an organization aware of them early on and allows you to respond accordingly. This way, you don't have to manually or individually assess the risks for each party. They are now clearly indicated and reported to the relevant colleague who can act on them. This saves you time, prevents risks from escalating, and keeps everything in one place. ### 6.
