We transitioned to Pacejet after experiencing known bugs in Ship Central (a NetSuite product) that led to inventory and operational fulfillment issues. While Pacejet offers a solid solution, I was dissatisfied with their sales tactics.

Whether intentional or not, they initially misquoted us—only to reveal additional costs after payment. This happened repeatedly: first, we were charged extra for a function that wasn’t originally included; then, a feature covered in the initial SOW was later excluded, requiring further payment; and finally, a third instance arose where undisclosed costs were introduced without prior communication.

Global shipments appear to be hard to process. I dont actually think this is Pace Jets deficiency. Its simply the idea of the brute when attempting to dispatch universally. Wares and HTS codes can be to some degree depleting to enter.
