## About 3DOptix
The 3DOptix online Optical design & a ray optics simulation software enables the creation of better optical designs with higher efficiency. The ray-tracing engine calculates the light path through the different optical elements, varying propagation absorption characteristics, and reflecting surfaces. The easy-to-use software runs in the cloud and is accessible via a browser. The tool enables the user to quickly plan and test any optical setup with off-the-shelf Optomechanics, common light sources and a huge variety of optical elements from the different catalogs or customized optics by the end-user. You can also use 3DOptix Optomechanics, with the dowel pins registration grid, for faster implementation of your setup. The simulation software generates a blueprint of your setup for fast implementation.
