Experios is a very user-friendly platform which allowed us to easily create engaging content for our audience. There are also an abundance of pre-ready templates available, which make it super useful for us when creating our publications. It is very intuitive and best of all, there is no coding required. Before we started using Experios, our content was static and quite boring - we needed something to convey a more premium/high end look. This platform allowed us to animate our designs, which really gives a 'wow' factor for our customers. The ability for our publications to reshape to mobile devices was also a big factor for us purchasing as the majority of our audience consume content on their mobile devices. Experios allows me to create responsive content fast, without the need for coding or extensive design experience. The big problem we had before Experios was having the time, skill set and budget to create and manage content. We wanted to create content in-house but the process to do so required a huge learning curve which we simply didn't have the time to commit to within the team at that time with other solutions we had come across. Experios solved these problems and much more! The fact that content, offers and products could change quickly too meant we struggled to keep the marketing material fresh and up to date. Experios was very straightforward to get to grips with (hugely benefitting from the onboarding and training), should our product range change, we can easily update the marketing content and have the knowledge our readers always have the correct up-to-date version. We previously used Canva to create our online content however, since switching to Experios it has taken us to a whole new level. Love the way it adapts to all devices. Excellent after-sales support. There was a little bit of a learning curve in understanding responsiveness, but it was more to do with us always creating static images in the past. The onboarding helped us understand this though. Book yourself in for an onboarding session too, as there were lots of cool hidden features such as menus and overlays that we weren't aware of in the beginning. In the past, we had to create our brochures, menus, etc using static PDFs and images. This meant our customers had to zoom in to read the text. Experios solved this problem immediately. Super product that has enabled us to create beautiful digital "experience's" for our menus and our social content. Very popular with both our customers and staff alike. The onboarding session in the beginning was super helpful and allowed us to get a great understanding of what the product can do. We have only hit the tip of the iceberg in terms of the features they have to offer, but will definitely look to start delving deeper into the full bells and whistles very soon.
