As a long time user of 3D hubs, I describe it to colleagues as the Uber of 3D printing. You upload your model, have people bid on your project and completion date and then order them. What do you dislike about 3D Hubs? Some people might say this isn't "instant" in terms of having the printed model in your hands right away. We've debated getting a 3D printer at the office and for awhile we did. However, the constant cleaning, loading, fixing of the equipment was a huge hassle.
