I had a lot of question when I first used it but with the help of support I got everything settled. **What problems is 3CX Power Dialer solving and how is that benefiting you?** it helps me back track all things that we need to work on with our team handling clients. I find it easy to log in to the queue and call people with ease. I have only used Google Phone, and this is way better! **What do you dislike about 3CX Power Dialer?** Sometimes the app does not connect to my audio well. It is absolutely impossible to fix it rather than use it while it is down.
